Good Morning,*** received the Resident deposit back in a timely manner, unfortunately it was not fast enough for her occupied home. We had just renewed the lease with the Resident for yearsShe had wanted some upgrades preformed, we gave her information to one of the contractors we use,
we had/have no control over their schedule. She would continuously call/texted at am - pm and get upset if there was not an answerWe would return her calls/texts/emails in a timely manner, again, not fast enough for her. The Resident that moved out of the other home was military and received orders to move, unfortunately it was in January (which is a tough month to rent). After many showings upgrades were made to the home (paint, we suggested) her and I both found a candidate to move in, she chose hers(We had much interest in the home, but unfortunately they did not move forward with the application process or didnt want to move in fast enough for her.)
