I am writing in response to the above Dispute. The customer booked a room at our Hotel on May 10th 2015 thru Booking.com. Their reservation was for May 22nd 2015. When booking their reservation they are notified in...
writing that there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and our hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
When they called that day I reminded them of the cancellation policy also that if they arrive late an envelope will be on the front door containing information and keys to get to their room.
When I arrived for work the following day the envelope was still in plain view on the front door with their name on it.
We also notified booking.com of this and they also agreed they were a "no show".
There for they were charged $102.64 and will not be refunded.
