The company Amarosa & Brinks Property Management, Inc (also known as AIMCO & BRINK) is fictitious and a scam. They advertise apartments for rent online at craigslist.org and will enter into a supposed lease agreement with the victim. After the victim pays the first months' rent and security deposit, the rental falls through and the funds are never refunded. All communication ceases. Upon further investigation, the apartments that were to be leased were never actually available for rent.
