To Whom it May Concern,In regards to complaint #10762727 filed by *** ***:Chris has personally been out to *** house on different occasionsTwo instances in which she stated, two more in which Chris spoke directly with *** tenant regarding those check upsThe fifth check up
occurred approximately two weeks ago, this visit was in an attempt to resolve the issueWe take responsibility for the missed appointments and have tried to rectify the situation in offering *** year of service at no chargeUnfortunately at the time of contact to resolve the issue we were scheduled out for 2-weeks and were attempting to get her in asapWe received a voicemail on FriJuly 24th, which has been attached, from *** stating that her first attempt to help rectify the situation was to make a complaint with the Revdex.comShe insisted on that voicemail that we come to her house "tonight" or return her payment in fullUnfortunately, we were unable to make it that night as we did not receive her voicemail until the following Monday morning as the office is closed on the weekends, which is stated on our answering systemChris tried to call her later Monday afternoon to let her know he would be out that night with the refund and to start the year of free serviceAs he was unable to reach her by phone he went to her house (which has been agreed that was fine in the past)Upon Chris's arrival, along with one of our employees, *** was on her front porchAs they got out of the car *** hurried into the houseThey knocked on her door, she refused to answerAfter knocking a second time, to still no response, Chris left a card on her door. As for the $that she paid....We have also included a copy of work rendered at her residenceThe RIC Program, in which she is referring to, she paid $plus taxThe remainder was for screening that was completedWe have made attempts to resolve the issue, but feel that *** is unwilling to allow us to, as shown by her actions of not returning phone calls and refusing to answer her door when we come to do servicesAt this time we believe that her complaint is invalid and she should not receive a refund as we have made attempts that she has refused.If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us, either via email or phone ***The Rat Detective pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy and do all that we can to resolve any situations
