BUYER BEWARE*** Amaze'n Save is a scam. They take your money and never ship your product. They then refuse to refund your money. I made a purchase on March 15th that showed shipped with DHL. The item then stopped in KY on April 6th with no movement since. DHL claims that Amaze'n Save has to contact them to file for a refund but they don't care to do that. No customer service skills or concerns for their customers!

Falsely advertised that they guarentee their product, and that it removes bacteria, odors, and stains.
I ordered the Washing Machine Deep Cleaning Tablets from Amaze n' Save on April 16, 2020 directly through their website.

They advertise them foaming up and removing all the gross stuff from every part of the washer - the barrel, the tub, the agitator, ect. I used the first tablet according to the instructions, and there were still sm lines on the barrel, agitator was no cleaner, and still all kinds of gunk and smell from the washer... Tried another tablet with the cleaning cycle on the machine, and again no change.

There was no dirt, odor, or cleaning done what so ever.

I sent an email to the company advising of my lack of results, and was advised that "we don't accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received and we won't be able to accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). We believe in our products and at times effectiveness is a case to case basis."

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of the $21.90 I paid for order #XXXXX sent via DHL eCommerce tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Can't even tell for sure if these are the item I ordered or just dishwasher soap tabs or something wrapped up and mailed out.

This is a BUYER BEWARE SCAM.
I got this product on FaceBook and followed their directions. I tried a second a cycle with another tablet because there was no improvement the first time. Still, my washer was not cleaned at all. I contacted the company and got a response from it a Sheryl A.
She basically told me she was sorry BUT
Their policy is
"They don't except returns or exchanges if a customer changes his mind on the order. The effectiveness of their product is in a case to case basis!" I didn't change my mind!!! You're stupid product doesn't work!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I LOST $36.30 because I bought several packets.

I am due a refund and they have stopped corresponding with me.
Order *** for $176.35 was cancelled on Feb 6th (the day the order was made) and I have still not received my refund. The order was shipped after I cancelled it and returned at my expense($15.25) UPS Tracking number 1ZW299AXXXXXXXXXXX. I have been told since February 11th that my refund was being processed. I have sent proof of the delivery on the return and still do not have the return. I was told again on March the 5th the refund was being processed and would take 3-7 business days and told on 3/13 I am really sorry this is taking time. No worries though, I have checked and verified that the refund has been processed from our end. We apologize for the wait as it may take a few more days but we have spoken to the bank and the funds are on their way back. Still no refund.

The company has inaccurate descriptions of products, sends inaccurate products, and refuses to work with consumer to get a positive outcome.
This is in reference to ORDER #xxxx. I purchased 5 packs of invisible bras and two bottles of adhesive cleaner for the bras. The site states that the small 9 cm bra will work for cup sizes A-C. It does not. I ordered this size and received this size with 4 packs of the tan and 1 pack of the black. That is what I received. However, upon visual inspection when receiving them, it was clear they were too small. The bottles of cleaner came with what I believe is Japanese writing for the instructions. I contacted the company the same day I got the order. They claimed that the bottles contained the same cleaner, but never gave directions for how to use it. They gave multiple reasons for not accepting the return I offered to make and be out of the shipping charges. For example, sanitary reasons because they are undergarments. I explained they were unopened. They then said because of "the virus." I then explained that that was not part of their policy. Plus, this was February 15th. The coronavirus was not yet a problem in the US. I attempted to call their "24/7" customer support and always got a "We're on the other line" message. I called multiple times over two different days. My asking for the complaint to be escalated went ignored. I only ever talked to one representative via email, despite the fact that I attempted to start a new email chain by sending another email to the general support address and did not reply to the representative, but the same representative still answered the new email. So, I contacted my credit card company to ask them to dispute the charge. They did, but it got rebilled to me because they said I never asked for a refund (I did) and they said it was part of their policy to not accept undergarments back because of sanitary reasons. I agree that I understand that policy. But, their product is not as advertised. That is the issue.

After getting rebilled by my credit card due to them siding with the merchant in the dispute, I did open one pack of the individually wrapped invisible bras. I thought I might as well try it if I was going to end up having to keep it. It only confirmed that the sizing information is inaccurate. Also, since they initially charged me two separate charges, of $55.95 and $10.40, and only the $55.95 was rebilled, I'd like back $45.95. This will account for the $10 for the one bra pack I did open. I bought 4 for $40 of the tan, which is the one pack I opened. All of the other packs are sealed. The cleaner is also unopened. The one black pair of bra pads I had not opened are the charge I was not rebilled for of the $10.40 charge. I will still mail all unopened items back at my own cost.

I bought this on Facebook. I didn't see anything about refunds. I have opened the package. These are intimates bras and from the look will not support me contrary to description
I have open package sealed at factory. Have emailed them twice and they say they cant refund my $20 because they can't prove package unopened. They have lots of bad reviews on fb but deceptively only out good reviews on to lure customers in and steal our money. There is no address so I chose one in the city and state associated with the phone number so I could file this complaint. Email is good. I've attached documents. They will see package not open so no violation of their rules but they aren't even willing to try. I will take a video of me packing an unopened product and putting in box for shipping to prove if I have to.

Refund I will take video of me packaging the unopened product back to them I'm upset that product won't work and so many bad reviews they failed to put on product website and how they are unwilling to compromise to help.
