On March 28, 2020, I purchased a tumbler, item #***, from Amaze Style and received it a few days later. The print on the tumbler was mostly illegible. I wrote to Amaze Style, saying I wanted to return the tumbler. They wrote back to me saying they would send me a new tumbler and that I didn't need to return the defective item.
On June 6, 2020, I hadn't yet received a replacement, so I wrote to them again to inquire about the replacement, but they never answered me.
So I initiated a dispute with ***, which I had used for the purchase. Today, I learned that my dispute is invalid since Amaze Style hadn't promised me a credit, only a return, and that I need to resolve my dispute directly with the merchant! How am I supposed to do this when the merchant will not answer me...
Needless to say, I am very upset with Amaze Style and now with ***--I just paid off my balance on the credit card and am canceling it for poor customer service.

The only reason I gave a 1 star review is because there is no way to leave a zero star rating
This company is awful!
They insist they are in the US however everything ships from China and all the contact I have had with them is via email with people who do not speak English.
I purchased items in May and over 2 months later still have not seen a thing. The tracking says it originated in China then went to Jamaica, what?
I have since filed a dispute with my bank and received "temporary" credit but still heard nothing.
This company is a joke and I am sure their products are as bad as their service

This company is terrible! I want my money back for a bedset that was delivered and looks nothing like the picture not to mention it has someone elses name on it! They won't refund my money unless I return it to them and pay for the shipping! I guess I will have to chalk this one up for not investigating before I buy!

The company amaze style has spent over 60 days for me to receive my order. Every time I emali them they give me the excuse that my order is in route, they have offered me a discount on my order of 30% then another person emails me and tells me they can offer me 10%. I have asked for a full refumd but keep getting told they can't do that cause the merchandise has already been shipped. I am out $155 dollars I beleive this company to be a scam and misleading.

Anything you order takes over a month to receive. You dang near forget you had a package coming. They came it’s because of the virus but I believe things are being made and shipped from out of the country which is ok but time consuming. Not every company can be like Amazon and have it delivered the next day but over a month is ridiculous. I could buy a house faster than buying a T- Shirt from these people.

I placed an order with this company in May 2020. Everything was going normal until I realized I hadn't gotten an email for shipping. So I emailed them and was eventually sent a shipping email stating when I'd get the product. Almost 250$ worth of stuff was supposed to have been here already and never received it. I have emailed them weekly asking for updates only to get it's still in route, or I'm sorry heres 20% off. I never asked for anything off I asked to refund my money because after a month and a half I started worrying that this company was a scam. I checked the tracking information daily always stated it was in CHINA awaiting transfer. Magically today when I email them (for the 15th time) to refund my money I do not want the product any longer and I'll be getting ahold of the Revdex.com and a lawyer I was told to check with my post office that the package was delivered and they sent me a new tracking number stating the package was delivered 6/22/20. I work from home and with quarantine I HAVENT BEEN ANYWHERE!! So no the package was not delivered and how is there a new tracking number that just randomly shows up. Also why did the workers tell me sorry the package is still being held "IF" it had already been delivered like this new person says? I am most certain after reading others reviews that this company is a scam and took money from me without any plans to provide a product. At this point I will not even consider wearing the product to support the company, I just want the money back in my account, and to be done with Amaze Style

Horrible service. I have been waiting over a month now for 2 sweatshirts I ha e ordered. I have asked for refunds numerous times and they ignore it. I finally filed a fraud report with my credit union to get my funds back that way. They claim the shipping is slow due to Corona virus, yet I got a package mailed to me from Poland in 6 days. I order numerous things off *** and get them within 2 days. I even ordered a swimming pool from *** that showed up 3 weeks early. So this Corona virus line is just a lie. When I look up the tracking info it changes daily. 1 package is simultaneously in California and New York at the exact same time. They says and it shows it is stuck in customs in LA. But it gets updated everyday as also being in Jamaica NY. Save yourself the headache. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Also they are not located in the US lime they claim. They are located in China.

I placed an order on April 24th for a T-Shirt and here we are July 6th and I have not gotten the item purchased. I requested to cancel the order but they said it was not possible, That item was in route. In route for 7 weeks???

I ordered a t-shirt on April 24th and still to date have not received it,. I requested a refund and they cant refund my money. so what am I to do now? No t-shirt and no refund !!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them! My boyfriend gave me their link and I was thrilled to buy him a t-shirt. It’s been 2 months since I placed the order. We still haven’t received anything. The tracking number just says it’s been processed by an agent. So, where is my package? It’s absurd the amount of time it’s taking to deliver a t-shirt. Oh, but best assure that they charged for that t-shirt the same day I placed it ... 2 months ago!!

The company entered an incorrect zip code to ***. I verified the zip code on my order form was correct. After the item became undeliverable, they advised *** to discard it. The order was made in Apr 2020. I have been trying to get my item or refund since then. After many emails, as no phone number is listed, they finally replied stating that they would only refund me 20% as they have paid for manufacturing. After further conversation, now into June 2020, they agreed to refund 100% of the paid amount. Now, I have not received a refund and the company claims to have already sent it. They stated a confirmation email would be sent however I have received no such email. I’ve asked them to verify the account the refund was sent to, and now they are silent. They will not respond to my inquiries nor will the verify any information regarding the promised refund. I still have not received the product or the refund.

I ordered a gift for my daughter and it didn't arrive in time, so I bought something else then forgot I made the purchase until I noticed the charge a couple months later and contacted them to find out where my purchase was. I got a prompt reply saying it had been returned due to insufficient address. I questioned why they never tried contacting me when my purchase was returned to them and explained that it was a gift that I didn't need anymore, so requested a refund. They said they could not give me a refund. I am horrified by this behavior. They had no problem keeping my money and making no attempt to get my purchase to me.

This company has no issues ripping people off. I ordered a gift for my daughter and when it didn't arrive in time, I bought something else for her. I then forgot I had ordered anything until two months later I happened to be looking at my bank account and noticed a charge I didn't remember making. I emailed customer support, promptly received a reply saying the package had been returned because of a problem with the address. I pointed out that it was disturbing that they didn't contact me for a different address, then asked for a refund since it was a gift and I didn't need it anymore. They are refusing to refund my money. This business has no moral code. I didn't get my purchase. I wasn't told they'd received my purchase and I just want my money back.

Never got my order , Emailed many times and your phone disconnected today? Tracking number sent to me me says error not available its been 22 days since my order No response to my emails? What is your phone # ? if your not going to answer my emails , not good business !

Ordered two sweat shirts for $111.98 on March 21, 2020 from this company and never received the items It's June 16 2020. I have contacted them at the customer support email and all I get is a “We are sorry for the inconvenience” reply and then we don’t hear from anyone with a way to resolve the issue. I have asked for my money back and get no response.

I placed a order with *** on April 16,2020 and have not gotten my stuff which costed me $191.97. They told me on June 5 they was refunding up to 20% of my order. My daughter ordered from the the same day as I did more than one order and she received hers to my address with in a month. I asked for a full refund due to not getting my items and they said just cause it shipped I can't get a full refund.

I ordered 5 items (shirts) from this company online on 5/1/20 totaling $187.79 which they pulled the $ out the same day from my banking facility. I sent an email on 5/20/20 requesting a status of my order, they responded on 5/21/20 stating my order would be updated within 3-5 days. I sent another email on 6/1/20 asking again for my status since the 3-5 days was up and I have heard nothing, I asked if they were even a legit company. I heard nothing. I sent another email on 6/3/20 and to date have had no response on order number ***.

To date, I ordered a quilted bed set. $153.07 CAD. I never received an confirmation email, so when I did a follow up email a week later. No response, a few days later, I receive an email asking for proof of order or name and address so they can attempt to find my order. An email later stating that I am not in there system. I ask for a refund or tracking number , I provided them with proof of payment. No response. 3 days and still waiting for a reply.

I ordered a pair of leggings and a matching top from Amaze Style. The company adMy credit card was billed on 4/4/2020. I got an email on 4/23 that the delivery was on the way. I send emails regarding where my purchase is. No response. I found a phone number in Maryland (***) and just got a message "I am currently unable to take your call." I left a message stating I was billed for my items and have not received them and left my name and phone number. I told them I was filing a complaint on the message. I would either like the items I ordered or a refund as soon as possible.

I ordered/purchased 2 shirts from Amaze Style on April 24th. ( a Black Stallion Horse Hoodie # *** and Jesus shirt # ***), and another shirt on the 25th, ( *** Aircraft # ***). Total Purchase price for all was 96.25: I have attempted to contact them several times by phone text. The message is- (Your order is on its its way). Allow 3 to 5 days for tracking. If there is not update on tracking for 1 week please contact up by replying to this email. Have done all with no results.
I feel I have been scammed at this time. I do not believe this is a reputable company at all.
