Advertised $7.95 trial and charged me $102.95 and $103.95 w/o my permission.
I bought an advertised $7.95 bottle of Amazin Brain, 1 bottle, I received a 2nd bottle of Omega Amazin. I took 1 pill of Amazin Brain, got sick and threw them away. On 3/16/20, I saw a charge for $103.95 from 3/14/20 (MZTransbright) and a charge of $102.95 (omegabarton) from 3/15/20. I called both customer service #s & found it's the same company. I asked for refund, return info & to speak to a supervisor. I was denied all 3. I was given 1 cancellation # which worries me. I called my bank but they weren't optimistic about me getting my money back. I'm a senior citizen with health problems caring for a 71yr old husband recovering from stage 4 cancer, with COPD, diabetes, etc., we are at home because of the Coronavirus. Please help.
