I came across this website around 4 months ago and decided to give a try. At first I was a ver concern because I was informed it could take a little bit more than 2 weeks to get in contact with the landlord to go see the apartments that I applied for. However, after almost a month of waiting I received a phone call from a landlord to set up an appointment. I was only able to go see 2 apartments as the third one I applied for had been rented already.
Another issue I experienced was that my credit was too slow, so I asked my brother to be my cosigner in order to get approved and that worked for me.
Very decent apartments. Can't complaint so far...

I sent an email to them about an apartment in was interested in then received a phone call asking me to fill out an application that you can download from there Web site after doing so I filled it out and was also asked to send a 50$ money order to them as an application fee
After not hearing anything back I called a few times to get nothing but excuses
Then I researched them a little more and find out that on Google people are saying it's a scam
Then come across Thier Facebook page to see more messages about them being a scam ...on that application they have my personal info and now I'm receiving texts telling me to open a link to check my bank account
This company is definitely a scam and I would like to report them and also find out what safety measures I need to take from this point forward
