I am rejecting the business response for two reasons:
The statement from the business is not trueThe gutter boards are NOT wrapped in metalThey are approxx strips of woodThe attachments show that the gutter board that fell is not rottedIt is bad business practice to not recommend additional work before completing a job that is setup to failI was NEVER informed that I should replace the gutter board at installationI am not a gutter installer
I spoke to Mr*** *** at length yesterdayThis is what we agreed to in principle:
BHRR will replace gutter board on second story on south side of the house
BHRR will reattach fallen guttersMr*** will hang new gutters if fallen ones are damaged(That was offered by Mr***)
BHRR will reinstall soffits that became detached from roof when gutters fell
BHRR will complete this work in a day period (weather permitting)
I will keep my complaint with Revdex.com open until work is completed to my satisfaction
I feel I have no recourse on this point
I will pay the sum of $to BHRR when the work is completed to my satisfaction
I will only pay the $after I am properly invoiced
I believe the above to be every item we agreed to in principleIf I am wrong, please let me knowI am confident if all the items above are met, the issue will be resolved based on our conversation yesterday

front of the home. Customer asks to have the gutters replaced on the back of his home at his cost, an additional 18 ft. The gutter boards are wrapped in metal therefore any rot was not visible to the eye. Also there was no conversation about his knowledge of rotting gutter boards and no mention of replacing the gutter boards. It is our intent to always do quality workmanship, had we known there was an issue with the gutter boards, we would have provided an estimate to replace them at that time. In an effort to resolve the problem we have agreed to replace the gutter boards at his cost for the materials. We believe this is more than a fair resolution for the customer.
