Review: I [redacted], financed a 2002 bmw 745i vehicle from Amazing auto sales in Sacramento ca on 012/12/13. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that I had a 30 day warranty on my vehicle if anything went wrong with the vehicle.after about 20 day from the day I purchased my vehicle from Amazing auto sales, the vehicle's check engine light came on an the vehicle started leaking oil and water from the engine. Also the engine idles way too high and is making a loud screaming noise. I called amazing auto sales and the owner told me that his shop was full of cars that were being worked on and he said that he will put me in line so I could have my vehicle worked on. The owner of amazing auto sales said to not worry about the 30 day warranty expiring. On the 30th day I called amazing auto sales again and scheduled an appointment over the phone with the owner of amazing auto sales.he told me to come to his car lot on 1/27/14 so I can get my vehicle fixed. I drove about 100 mile with a extra vehicle so I could leave the bmw there overnight to get worked on. When we showed up for my appointment and I noticed that the car lot was all locked down and they closed there business. I tryed to call all numbers that they gave me and they were no good. At that time I called the sac police station and they said they could not do anything about the situation. I also supposed to have a second bmw car key marked to me that I payed for through amazing auto sales. I did not recieve a second key at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my 2002 bmw 745i problems fixed and my second car key. The car lot gave me a 30 day warranty and they did not follow through with there warranty.

Come to find out the car needed a new engine The shop [redacted] Auto Care called the warranty Owner [redacted] who come out to look at the car before it got fixed Owner [redacted] said the warranty was voided due to modifications to the car (rims and tires) the car (to my knowledge) was not modified it was the exact same as I bought it Amazing Auto Sales sold me a car with a faulty warrantyDesired Settlement: Reimbursement for the engine that had to be re placed (which is $2200) that the warranty should have covered
