I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Very strange that they say I threatened them.  I only stated that after going back and forth for about 2 days with a sales rep on the phone  with detailed pictures and even phone conversations, they would NOT honor the price I was given. I did tell her I would report them to the Revdex.com.  [redacted]'s english was very hard to understand and she likely misunderstood me.   Instead [redacted] which made herself sound like the owner raised her voice at me saying they were NOT going to fulfill my original quote.  I read the emails detail by detail with her and no where in the emails did it ever state that the cake I was going to order required more work and was more money.  The quote was official and I had just called to confirm order, NOT price.  Sonia the actual owner let [redacted] know I was a long time customer and she called back to apologize.  By then you could imagine how upset I was and didn't feel comfortable ordering my cake with this person and/or this company.  I would still like a $56 dollar credit for my troubles towards a future cake if they still want to keep my business.  I would hope they appreciate and respect their long time customers and realize their wrong doing. Customer is always right is a true statement when it comes to running a business and keeping your customers happy.  I feel I was the one disrespected in this instance.

Dear [redacted]At Amazing Cakes, we care for our customers, the same day of the misunderstanding we call the customer back and apologize for any inconvenience regarding the estimate price, it was explained to her why was the difference in pricing, she was upset because she interpreted the email...

in her favor. She didn't have an order placed, it was an estimate. We encourage our Customers to come to the bakery to place the orders, to understand better the decoration.called her back and try to work with her and even though honoring her the price given, she rejected. Our only concern is that she threaten us, stating that she works for the City of [redacted] and that she was near the Business Bureau and she was going to filled a complaint instead of working a solution with us.
