My husband and I have been using the Amazing Cleaners service since December, 2014. I can honestly say this company lives up to its name in every respect.

Throughout the years they have serviced us, we have had various persons from Amazing Cleaners at our home (1450 square feet) every other week for about three hours. Normally two individuals arrive, always on-time. One is always very familiar with our home and our expectations, and usually the other is as well. Occasionally, there has been a change of staff, and every time the new person is carefully trained to specifically match the requirements for our home.

Lori S[redacted], the owner of Amazing Cleaners is an excellent business woman in every sense. Her communications skills are spot on! Whenever we have had some special need, either for an adjustment to the bi-weekly routine, or a new requirement, she listens carefully, and is always, always willing to accommodate.

In addition, she and the Amazing Cleaners staff are ready to perform tasks not normally part of their routine, from cleaning a foyer chandelier to wrapping Christmas gifts.


We appreciate how Lori consistently sends us a message regarding the arrival time of her team, and verification of any changes in schedule, either by our request, or holiday adjustments.

In addition, Lori is always looking for ways to improve her business, from building and training staff and expanding, to advertising and community involvement.

The staff who arrive every other week are individuals we enjoy having in our home. They are amazing - pleasant, efficient, exacting! They often accommodate last minute requests, such as cleaning outside windows on the front porch, or tackling a once-a-year vacuuming of all the upholstered furniture. Our home is always 'guest ready' when they leave.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for amazing cleaning services they can count on!
