bedroom set would not fit through her door. Our delivery men notified us immediately. Although her sale was a No Exchange as well, we told her we would take the set back and allow her to select a new bedroom set. She kept the Sofa & Loveseat.Noted on the delivery paperwork by the drivers: Bedroom not accepted will not fit in the house. Customer returning to find a new set. Received Sofa & Loveseat only. And Customer signed.Customer may reselect a bedroom and we will deliver without charging an additional delivery charge when she is ready.Thank youAmazing Furniture

I am rejecting this response because:When I was sitting with the sales woman [redacted], she never mentioned, hinted or pointed out that it was a final sale, if the furniture can not fit in the hall way of your home, it could not be returned, and if so, I would have to buy another bedroom set from Amazing furniture.  Amazing furniture wants me to spend the amount that the queen set that didn't fit in my house cost, $2500.00 plus ct tax.  Only a dresser was brought in, and could not fit, the other furniture never made it off the truck. When I signed the invoice with the sales woman, I never signed in that spot that said those things, they were not spoken of and are not checked.  Those words only have meaning when they are spoken to you and are checked off with your signature.  Why am I being held to an agreement I was never informed of?  I do not want to do business with Amazing furniture as they not a reputable company.  I also feel they have no right to not refund my money as it is not theirs to keep.  I also feel they have no right to tell me where and when I have to buy furniture or I can not be refunded for merchandise I could not use as it didn't fit inside my home.  I find this the most ridiculous argument I have ever heard.  Holding my money and credit hostage because I don't want to buy a different bedroom set from this company.  That is criminal.  I want that money taken off the credit card.  I do not have that bedroom set as it never made it in my home.  I will not ever do business at Amazing furniture again.  As for company policy- they had already broke their policy before coming to my home.  That bedroom set has dings and scrapes.  The set was supposed to be fixed up before it left their store.  They did not do that, they sent it to my home not done.  So if that is how they follow company policy and customer care, then it shouldn't be an issue to refund my account.
