I have looked up the file for [redacted] and found only one note pertaining to a tech support call in October of 2013. Since then, we have had no contact from the customer on recored, and we record all contacts, nor heard from his attorney. From the notes, it seems like a simple fix and I am unclear...
as to why there has not been resolution yet. Our tech support department will reach out to this customer in and attempt to resolve his issues.
