Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business and he stated that when the consumer called him he was concerned about the finish and was supposed to call him back [redacted] stated he did not hear back from the consumer so the appointment was not officially made

*** from the company called and stated that everything has been fixed and they had some truck troubles one time they didn't show up and he didn't know the consumer was on the schedule the next timeThe problem was not under warranty
and they fixed it for the consumer anyways

hower tub was good for 4 years then the flaking started. Used only water based cleaners , no abrasives. Called the owner who was working in the Newport News area previously. I have a five year warranty from February 2013. It is now March of 2017. When I called received no call back. Waited 2-3 weeks as wife said to give them a chance to respond. Called and transcribed both calls. Second call I get the Owner/whole work force and explain how I need warranty work/ looked at for repair. Owner tells me they no LONGER work in our area and they can't drive 4 hours to do warranty work. I explain it really does not matter you guaranteed your work. Owner tells me maybe I should call his closed office in area and try to get them to come out and repair it! I told him I wanted to give him a chance to get it right and he tells me and I quote " I have given you my answer and that is it". Ok this guy is a sg who is not afraid to take your money and offer you a worthless warranty. Really, this is a fraud business. I have dealt with companies that do stand behind their work, he is a dirtbag who does not. I guess it is off to small claims court and put a lien against his business. PLEASE do not use this jerk.

Review: Amazing Glaze LLC agreed to refinish my bathtub today, July 3, after I called them on 6/22 or 6/23, 2014. I made several subsequent phone calls to an employee named [redacted] who was going to do the work. After speaking with [redacted] regarding some follow-up questions on the reglazing process we confirmed the time and date of service. That occurred on 6/23. There was no follow-up after this call as it was rather clear we both confirmed the time and date of service as July 3 @ 10 am. [redacted] was supposed to be at my home today no later than 10 am and when I called him at 1010 am he answered and said he had never confirmed with me, and didn't even have me down on his schedule! Furthermore, he stated he wouldn't come out today to do the work because he was in Ocean City, MD. I find [redacted]' attitude, business practices, service, and lack of respect for my time both unprofessional and unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a written apology from [redacted] at Amazing Glaze LLC for his poor service, lack of respect for my limited time, and overall poor business practices. I also am requesting the Revdex.com to re-evaluate the grade or ranking it has given Amazing Glaze LLC as I cannot see this type of behavior befitting a Revdex.com member.

Review: I have called approximately 10 times in 2 months, to get warranty service. In this time, they set up 3 appointment and have yet to show up for appointments. On my last conversion with them, I asked that someone please show up this time for I had missed time from work with the past appointment that they didn’t show up for. Today [redacted] called and said that he was on his way, and would be there in about 45 minutes and never showed up, and will not return calls.Desired Settlement: For Amazing Glaze to show up for the appointment that they set and fit the problem without me having to waste anymore leave time from work.

Review: Bathtub was refinished by the company with a five year warranty. Two months later the tub is in worst condition than beforeDesired Settlement: Service was initially done in the evening. When asked to come in the evening to again repair the problem, was told they do not do evening appointments. I work Monday thru Friday 8-4 and am not trying to take off on the account of a poor job done by this company

Spoke with the business. He states they have tried to make two other appointments with the customer but they were both canceled. The business does not start these jobs after 4pm they were only able to do the first job because they were out that way. They have an appointment made and confirmed for Monday February 17, 2014 at10am.

I made a complaint months ago and the problem still have not been resolved. I feel as though the company is giving me the run around. They are not returning my calls and have not keep appointments we have set up.
