I have explained to Mr *** that the items he had fixed at the dealer were not items covered under his warranty. Those items were maintenance items. I did not experience any of these issues while the truck was in my possession. I used this truck personally to drive back and forth
to work and to haul other vehicles on a trailer. Mr *** said after a couple months of driving he had a caliper hanging up. I never experienced this issue. I also did not experience any noise or symptoms of the exaust leak in question. I really feel the Dealer Mr *** took it to up sold him on what he needed. I paid all the costs with the first complaint, so Mr *** didn't have to incur costs. I feel these items are maintenance items. I am checking with the warranty company on one item to make sure it is not a covered item. I will keep you posted. The last conversation I had with Mr *** and explained it this way, I believe we have resolved the issue moving forward pending the information needed from the warranty company

I am rejecting this response because:  Mr. [redacted] like so many Americans these days, do not take responsibility for their business.  He said he drove the vehicle and hauled other vehicles with it.  Maybe this excessive use brought on some of the issues that I have experienced.  I drive the vehicle 16 miles to work to a part time job.  I do not consider this excessive driving that would have caused the problems that have occurred.  Other people that rode in the vehicle with me, commented on the exhaust noise early on.The dealer that I took the vehicle to is a certified Chrysler Dealer.  Auto Plaza Chrysler is not a business that I have used before, unlike the business (friend) of Mr. [redacted] that he used to correct the first problem.Auto Plaza Chrysler was only trying to correct the problems that existed with this vehicle.He said he paid out of pocket cost to fix a front brake problem that occurred 20 minutes after I was driving the vehicle home.  He turned that problem over to the warranty company that he was selling to me by forging my name on the warranty document.  He also sent the vehicle to a transmission business that he uses to fix his used car business problems.  This shows he didn't want to pay any out of pocket cost for the repair of this vehicle.Now, the air conditioner is having problems and the defrost, now that it is turning colder. I offered, what I thought was a fair solution to this problem, but Mr. [redacted] has yet to address my offer.
