The management ignored us despite numerous and daily complaints and questions we directed at the front desk and through email directly to them We've been staying at the hotel for five days, and had nothing but issues each dayThe bath tubs drain was broken and the faucet didn't stay up during showers so it kept shutting off, the towel racks were broken, and the TV was brokenWe've had to call every day for them to fix the TV, and yet it still didn't work right each dayThey told us they weren't allowed to leave the remote in the room with us, because it was the only remote they had that worked on that brand of TV, and they needed it for the other rooms, so they'd have to come back every time we turned the TV off to reprogram itWe had to get our keys reprogrammed twice a day because the door lock was broken, which was extremely inconvenient as we were traveling with our newbornThe room had light bulbs that were burnt out, and they didn't replace those either, despite us talking

Review: Due to their insistence that an internal error has gotten my number, this company has repeatedly called my cellphone. Even though my phone number is on the National Do Not Call registry, this business has failed to comply and consistently calls. I lost a business call today while trying to get the other line. After speaking with a [redacted] today he hung up on me. I see no resolution from the company so I am bringing it yours and others attention in hopes for a resolution.Desired Settlement: Please remove my number from your list so that I can go about my business day without interruptions.
