We have spoken to [redacted] over the phone last week. We are looking further into the incident and will be keeping in contact with her. Thank you.

After investigating this issue, we have learned the following things: This customer was only charged once For some reason our credit card company did authorize the charge twice, but only took the money once However, according to this cashier, this customer was hostile and bullied my cashier into giving a refund for a party that should not have been refunded Our human resource practices are consistent and fair, and I do not think this would be an appropriate venue to discuss our disciplinary, promotion or demotion policies

I am rejecting this response because:
We were not rude to the cashiers whatsoever we even told them not to worry about the refund and we would take the loss because we didn't want to get them in trouble. they kept on apologizing to us and even said their boss was a "jerk" we explained to them this was not their fault and we were in no way shape or form upset with them. We never once raised our voice or bullied anyone.  The owner was the bully when he told his employee to tell us he was not there, when we saw him.  The employee himself was the one that got upset and flustered about his owner lying and taking advantage of us.  Our bank account had two transactions on it one for 144 and another for 154.
