On Dec. 17th, I purchased boots for my niece. I was charged twice for this item. I emailed them about this and never received a response. I contacted them by phone and let a voicemail, never received a response. Emailed numerous times again and didn't receive a response until Jan. 10th. Was told the boots finally shipped and they would look into the charges. Emailed them again 2.6 and response I received said they would reachout to there payment processing company and should hear back something that day. He requesed I email him a screenshot of the double charges and I did. Since then, I have not heard back from them. This has been going on for 2 months now.

If I could give them a -1 I would. Worst customer service ever. I ordered two item from them one I received the other I have not. They have my money but I have no sweater. I have left several messages and emails with no response from them. How are they still in business when they act like this.

I ordered a necklace from them over a month ago and I still haven't received it. They took my money immediately when I ordered my package.
I've emailed them multiple times and I've called them, however every time I call them it goes straight to voicemail. I'm very upset with this company do not buy from them.

Amazing Lace advertises that they accept both exchanges and returns and accommodate the customer in any way possible. However, after receiving an item not equivalent to its description, I contacted customer service via email and *** in hopes that my question regarding my exchange would be answered. After contacting Amazing Lace, I was informed that they do not do exchanges, as otherwise stated on their website. I was also told I would have to pay to ship the item back, and purchase the item yet again, but in the size I needed. After yet another round of emails, direct messages and a phone call, my questions were left unanswered, and I am left with an item that is not as described, and the incorrect size. The company has yet to return any of my messages and voicemails.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stay far away from this place. They clearly don't care once an order has already been placed and they have your money.

I ordered a dress on May 19th. I got it fairly quickly, but the dress didn't fit well so I needed to return it. I returned it and only heard back from them over two weeks later AFTER I reached out to them by email. I saw my returned item reached them on May 28th with tracking. They said I would get merchandise credit that I have still not received.

I don't expect I'll be compensated in any way. I made the mistake of using Afterpay with a terrible company. I asked them for help, but learned they don't offer any protection and that it must be dealt directly with the merchant. That doesn't work very well when the merchant ignores you. If I had used a regular credit card I would have disputed it a long time ago. I have a feeling I'm just going to be out $58 for nothing.

I ordered about $600 worth of clothes on Black Friday. With the special they had running I got everything for about $312 which wasn't bad. The clothes/shoes/accessories I purchased for a present for a birthday party tomorrow. With the sipping dates given at checkout, I knew it would be close but I knew it would make it a few days before the party. I got an email Tuesday morning that it had been delivered (late, as it was supposed to be there by Monday). I was excited to get it out of that box and into a new one to gift! When I opened the front door the box wasn't there. I called both the post office local and they said it wasn't there. I then emailed amazing lace at both of their email addresses asking for help as I need it for Thursday. Hours later they emailed back with the most useless info saying the post office "wouldn't talk to them." I decided to call instead because at this point I'm upset and want things handled. The gal on the phone (Jordan or Jessica I think) straight up lied to me saying she called the post office and nobody would give her info and that it's on me from here on out. I then called the post office back to file a claim of the lost or stolen or not shipped package and they said that not only did nobody from amazing lace EVER call (they keep record of every call in the notes under tracking number) but that in fact they 100% could have filed the claim for me to save their customer the time filling a claim (I was on the phone for over an hour with them) AND that the ball would have rolled faster if they were the ones who filed the claim. I emailed amazing lace back to let them know this and to tell them how disappointed I am in their customer service and that I just want a refund for all of the stuff I didn't receive. I have yet to hear back from them hours and hours later. This was the first and definitely the last time ordering from them as it looks like they could care less about doing the right thing for their customers or helping them out.
