I signed up for this service with the understanding I lived out of townI was informed that I could cancel at any timeBut for three weeks now I have tried cancelling this subscription to no availMy credit card is still being charged and I am told the same thing every time I call....that they will email the formsI have never gotten forms and I get no help when I call the locationI have even tried to contact different locations for helpThis establishment is not true to its word and I'm still being charged for a service that I no longer need nor wantI am out of the state so I can not physically go into the store to resolve the issueYour help would be greatly appreciated
