This company stole my money please avoid going here. I wasted hard earned money for lashes that lasted me 3 days and promised a better job on my refill which turned out to be a full set and on top of my monthly payment they charged me $35 more that’s $195 I lost out

You were happy with our services the first three times and that’s why you came back multiple times for the refill services. Unfortunately, you experienced itching around your eyes during your last visit. Since your satisfaction is our number one priority, we have decided to reimburse you fully for all your visits, including the first three times when you were quite happy with our services. We have refunded you a total of $212.00 for the initial and subsequent 3 refills. While waiting for the reimbursement transactions to complete, the automatic monthly membership withdraw kicked in. This was totally unintentional. Again, we were waiting for the refund transactions to go through before we can cancel your membership. This would take a few days but unfortunately, the membership withdrawn took place before we can cancel your membership. We took full responsibility for this unfortunate timing event and we have reimbursed you for your membership fee of $45.99 plus a bank fee of $30. This letter is to inform you that we have canceled your membership as of to date and that you will not incur any additional charges from us. This is also to confirm that we have reimbursed you for your initial and subsequent 3 refills (total $212.00), one unintentional membership withdraw ($45.99), and a bank fee of $30. We have done everything that you have asked for. If you are kind enough, please withdraw your complaint to the Revdex.com since this is unintentional and we have reimbursed you for all your services fees. I have been a member over a year, but started noticing my eyes itched, swelled and the experience, although relaxing, took way too much time out of my life. I did not freeze or discontinue the automatic withdrawal of fees thinking I would perhaps try them again. Time went by. I now have $500 in my account. I called to cancel and get my money back. They said I could donate it to another member...friend or family, but I have neither going to Amazing Lash. I asked for gift certificates...no. So I am supposed to just walk away from $500 or give it to a stranger? I got a cancellation form, but after reading the reviews, those don't go well. I also read it takes 30 days which means more money going to air! I am going to stop it at my bank, but now, I am headed to Call 3 for Action. This ridiculous.

Review: I obtained a membership for this establishment in January 2015. By the end of March 2015 at least 50% of my natural eyelashes had fallen out. I was also experiencing intense itching all around my eyes and some of my face. I walked in to the franchise and advised I wished to cancel. I told the manager why I was cancelling (her name is [redacted]) and she offered to refund what I had paid in total for the initial visit and the three fills, for a total of $212.00. The owner of the establishment ([redacted] or [redacted]?) called me the next day and assured me my refund was forthcoming. I advised him that I believed that after my initial visit, the technician changed the product of their bonding agent to apply the lashes and that the product was inferior and not safe. I believed this to be the case since my problems starting happening after my second visit (first fill). I received my refund and thought everything was done. On April 7 I noticed in my checking account that they had pulled $45.99 for my monthly membership fee which caused me to incur a bank fee of $30.00. Apparently they had NOT cancelled my membership. Baffling. I contacted the owner to advise of this and that I felt this was cheap and unprofessional practice, and to cancel my membership ASAP. On April 9 he left me a voice mail after I had asked for status of my funds owed to me and the confirmation in writing that they cancelled my membership. He made statements such as "I don't have to give you anything in writing, I'm the owner therefore what I say is what happens, trust me" "You deal with me only" "It's only $75.00, that's nothing, you can be patient and wait for it" "we are very busy to deal with this right now." I believe they DO need to give me written confirmation of cancellation - am I to deal with this every month now??Desired Settlement: I expect my money, which was taken from me without permission, to be returned to me immediately - $75.99 - to be placed BACK into my account the same manner in which it was taken.I expect to receive WRITTEN confirmation from the Amazing Lash Studio manager or Franchise owner that my membership is CANCELLED and I will incur NO further debits from my checking account. My email address was given to the owner already and they may send it to me there.
