Amazing Lash Studio

On 9/20/19 I had an appointment with Amazing Lash Studio to have a full set of eyelash Extensions installed fir which I paid $124.99On 9/21/19 my eyelids started swelling and I contacted the studio to ask for care instructions. The store manager suggested I take some Benadryl to combat what they believed was an allergic reaction which I did. Later that same evening my eyes began to itch and burn so I called the studio back and they suggested I return to the studio to have them removed but I explained that I was out of state on vacation. They then offered to find a studio near me to have the lashes removed. I contacted the local studio (In Atlanta GA) but they were about to close but advised I call the next morning. I called the next day 9/22/19 and scheduled an appointment to remove the lashes at 11:30am that day. The lashes were removed but the swelling had worsened and my vision had become blurry. The studio in Atlanta charged me $40 to remove the lashes but told me I should expect that to be refunded at my home studio when I returned to PA and also had me purchase allergen eye drops to help with the itching and burning. I used the eye drops and the Benadryl fir the remainder of the day but my condition continued to worsen. sometime during the evening the swelling got so bad I need to go to the hospital and was informed that both eyes were infected! I was treated, given three Descriptions and discharged at 4:30 AM Monday morning. I contacted the studio spoke with the manager and the owner and requested that the money I spent on the lashes and the money I spent on the removal will be refunded due to the circumstances and they refused!
