The reason for this complaint is that I did not receive the documentation that you are asking me for...the warranty, the paid invoice...I do not have the energy to go back and forth, nor do I care to have any further contact with AlbertI filed the complaint with the Revdex.com so that my experience would help others to make their decision when choosing an electrical contractor, as the ratings were great and my experience was notAlbert is obviously not good for his word and even though he admitted the damage to our driveway and agreed to deliver rock to attempt to rectify that, he has gone back on his wordI don't have a warranty or a paid invoice, so I cannot provide copiesAs a business owner, I cannot imagine providing such substandard customer service or being so insensitive and unwilling to resolve legitimate issues. As I stated, I don't have the desire or the energy to go back and forth with this any longer, nor do I want Albert anywhere near me or my family or my homeI will not recommend him, refer him or ever use him againMost importantly to me, is putting this behind me, as this experience has been very stressful and unsettling from the moment work started and I am done fighting it.I will not withdraw my complaint, as none of my issues have been resolved and as a consumer, that is not only unacceptable but speaks for itself as to who he is and how he runs his businessThank you for attempting to help me with this issue

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I read the response and I am not accepting the resolutionI never falsified any information, nor did things happen as stated in the responseI also do not wish to have any further contact with Albert or this business, with the exception of warranty on the workIt was verbally agreed that Albert would deliver rock to our property to restore our driveway and the cost for that is $Albert offered a $gift certificate in his responseWeather has been an issue, however, Albert had ample time before the weather and after the final walk through to get the rock delivered and he did notWe do not live in a "rural, undeveloped area" . My complaint stands, as it is unresolved to my satisfactionI will not use or recommend this business in the future

Amazing Light Building and Electrical, LLCPG BOX 6607 Albuquerque NM 87197 RE-Response to Customer Complaint Claim ID [redacted] 1/14/16 Amazing Light was referred to [redacted] and [redacted] from a previous customer. Amazing Light has a history of outstanding quality work and we...

continually go above and beyond to meet our high standards and exceed the customers' expectations. This is the first complaint our company has received from the 868 regarding customer experience. Our company has maintained an A rating for the last 10 years. Amazing Light has a high customer referral rate because of the quality work each customer receives. The customer has written a false complaint against our company and misrepresented the project details. I will address each issue that the customer has provided in the complaint. Customer "We were referred to Albert by a friend of ours and called him out to estimate some electrical work. Albert came out right away and estimated overhead work for our property. We signed off on the estimate to begin work immediately and my Partner gave him a payment for half of the work up front. When work began. Albert's crew was digging trenches all over our property and across our driveway. Without moving the rock on the driveway, which has been compacted down for many pears, they trenched, allowing the rock to sink into the trenches, completely compromising the integrity of our driveway. We contacted Albert numerous times via phone and text and he said they had to go underground because their equipment to go overhead would not fit. We were never contacted about this and the job was never re-estimated. Albert proceeded with underground work without ever telling us he was not going overhead. Albert, the owner of Amazing Light, provided an Estimate #[redacted] to the Customer; the estimate clearly states, a combination of overhead and underground work that was needed to complete the job. This estimate was for electrical work and included providing Electrical Power to her exterior small buildings/animals cages, and provides Electrical Service change from a 60amp Service to a 200amp service. The location of her property is located in the mountains that are undeveloped (rural area). Albert the owner of Amazing Light was on site before work started on 11/10/15 and discussed the estimate with [redacted] the day of the project. Albert, and several Amazing Light employees and [redacted] (the customer) walked the entire property in detail and discussed the plan to provide power to the small buildings. Albert and [redacted] (the customer) discussed trenching routes for all the underground routes for the electrical wires. Albert provided spray painted lines in the dirt for proposed routes for [redacted] to approve before any trenching started. [redacted] failed to mention she provided a site plan and even showed where she wanted the trenches and pointed out the location start and finish locations. The site plan [redacted] provided included phone lines, gas-lines and existing underground electrical routes. The customer [redacted] agreed to the written and verbal detailed estimate provided and agreed to proceed with the work. Albert and several employees witnessed [redacted] confirming her acknowledgement of all the underground work. The customer's complaint is false; she was contacted about the underground work and provided direct input. Customer-" We have trenches in multiple places throughout our property which are several inches deep and very dangerous. Our driveway is completely compromised". [redacted] was the Initial person Albert communicated with at the beginning of the project; [redacted] was rarely involved in the project until more than 60% of the project was completed. Both [redacted] and [redacted] failed to mention a final walk through was conducted when the project was complete with Albert. At this time neither [redacted] nor [redacted] mentioned any trench holes of concern. This conversation was recorded while conducting the Amazing Light Building and Electrical, LLC P0 BOX 6607 Albuquerque NM 87197 RE-Response to Customer Complaint Claim ID [redacted] 1/14/16 walkthrough and final payment was provided. Both [redacted] and [redacted] failed to mention that from the date the project was completed there was several snow storms that covered their property with multiple feet of snow. These storms caused a state of emergency on this side of the mountain. Amazing Light has multiple photos of the completed project in great condition and documented photos of the snow that impacted her property. Customer-"We paid $300 to have a load of rock delivered after the trenches were filled and then Albert failed final Inspection with PNM and they trenched again, in a different place across our driveway. PNM was out three times for 'final inspection" before they signed off. Albert had his crew tamp down the trenches but with all of the dirt and rock manipulated, we now have holes 6-8 inches deep throughout our driveway and property which are very dangerous and very unsafe. I spoke to Albert several times about my concern and he got very upset that I will not make final payment before final inspection with PNM and called all work until the day PNM came out for final inspection number 3. We were weeks behind schedule, which Albert said was beyond his control, when in fact, it was because I held final payment until the work was complete. Upon final inspection with PNM, I paid him in full, contingent, upon him delivering and emailing an accurate invoice. I have neitherAgain, the statement is falsely written from the customer stating Amazing light failed the final PNM inspection three times. The customer's complaint is completely inaccurate; Bernalillo County and PNM provided inspections during the course of her project. Bernalillo County inspector passed the trench inspection and the pre-final for the new electrical service upgrade. This allowed Amazing Light to bury all the trenches. PNM did a meter inspection and this inspection passed. Amazing Light called Bernalillo County for a Final Inspection and the county asked for additional work, which required a second trench. Amazing light responded to the requested work within 2hours and the following day the final inspection passed. On the same day as the final inspection Albert the owner of Amazing Light and both [redacted] and [redacted] the customers completed a walk through of the property in detail. The customer never mentioned 6-8 inches of holes on her property and only requested a little more rock for the areas that had a second trench. Albert recorded this meeting in video and took photographs of the completed project. Albert agreed to pay for some rock for the second trench only on the affected areas and will only deliver the rock and not spread or tamp the rock. The customer stated in the complaint that Amazing light was weeks behind schedule due to payment. Again the customer is falsifying her complaint. The project started 11/10/15 and Amazing light worked for two weeks at the property. The customer failed to mention that Amazing Light was asked to suspend the work after two weeks form the start date due to the customer having a death in the family and a major storm. Other delays were caused by PNM's availability to provide services, during the customer's availability. The customer clearly fails to mention the multiple extreme weather events that created unsafe working and driving conditions. A major holiday Thanksgiving also caused limited working days. Albert contacted [redacted] 1/4/16 in an attempt to schedule a small delivery of rocks as a courtesy, but could not conduct the delivery due to extreme weather. The next day 1/5/16 via text is when [redacted] text Albert requesting additional work to be done in her property with dirt. Prior to this date [redacted] never stated any concerns or holes in her property. She has failed to mention her property was buried in snow for the eight weeks from the time of completion 12/9/15 to the time she text her concern 1/5/16. Albert text [redacted] 1/5/16 and told [redacted] he will Amazing Light Building and Electrical, LLC PD BOX 6607 Albuquerque NM 87197 RE-Response to Customer Complaint Claim ID [redacted] 1/14/16 provide additional small load of rock he agreed to do and told [redacted] we do not give itemized invoices nor will he deviate from Invoice and Estimate. Desired Outcome response-Amazing Light no longer wants to conduct communication or business with the customer [redacted] or [redacted] because of the multiple false complaints this customer continues to provide. This property was not left in a dangerous condition. The customer failed to mention important details of the entire project as mentioned above. Amazing light is confident that our reputation and high quality of work will be defended by accurate documentation, videos, photos, and voice recordings. Amazing light will provide $100 gift card for the rock to Revdex.com and will not provide any other work, Amazing Light will give the same Invoice that was emailed to the customer on 12/3/15 that will state paid in full on the invoice.
