Amazing movers , moved my household belongings they handled by things extra careful even wrapped my pictures in shrink wrapI have used these movers two other times and everything was great no issues or bad thingsVery dependable I even changed days and the time and they adjusted there schedule to do my move*** the owner is very honest and niceI would recommend this mover to anyone needing to move, and I will use them again myself
My year old father-in-law made arrangements for Amazing Movers to move him to a new apartment He did this one month in advance of his move date The day before the scheduled move they phoned to confirm the date and time However, several of us waited with him for hours and they never showed He called and called them and left messages We never heard from them Ended up moving him ourselves with our cars the rest of the day Nice way to treat your elderly customers
I decided to call Amazing Movers and Storage after seeing their low rates advertised To ensure there were no additional hidden fees, I spoke the their phone representative to specifically go through ALL expected charges not one time but two different occasions I was aware of their hour trip charge which most moving companies tend to have, their hourly rate, and an additional 19% fee due to living outside of their immediate areaOn my move date, the moving staff took good care of my items This complaint is on the way this company decieves its customers I was charged an additional ~$for hidden fees I left a message to the company before paying but did not get a reply so I paid the extra charge I figured if a company truly values their customers, they will reimburse me After never getting a call back, I decided to call them again I insisted to talk to a manager but was told they were not available I have still not heard from Amazing Movers I am very disappointed how this company treats customers and wanted to share this for future customers looking for movers They are not affordable as advertised
I spoke to *** from Amazing Movers and he apologized for the mis-information and stated I was over-charged and will be reimbursed I am glad Amazing Movers does take pride in how they do business and I would give them another chance in the future since they did move my belongings with care
