Review: I brought a bedroom set at amazing prices on January 12, 2015 since that present day they never deliver it to me. I asked them to give me my money back because I do not want the bedroom anymore. On November 4, 2015 I went there again and I asked them to give me my 3000$. They refused to give it to me. When they saw, I was not decide to leave without my money. The made a check for me, but that check I can cash it until December 28, 2015.They might close at that time. They already close two stores they have. I am so scared I do not want to lose my money. There are plenty people who have found in the same situation as me. In addition, the lady I was talking to today regarding my money, took my original receipt, and said she gave it to me. She stole my original because she knows without the copy I cannot go forward.The only thing they do is stealing people money. Please do something. I work to hard for my money.Desired Settlement: The only thing is my 3000$ that set.

Review: I purchase a living room set which I paid 3000.00 dollars for. Once it was paid I had to wait a month until I receive my set. The money was paid may the 28... I kept calling and each time I was getting the run around and different excuses.did not received my set until the third week of June. once my set got delivered I notice that my coffee table and end table was damage as well as the pillows on my love set I also did not received my lamps which was order with the set...I sent the damage items back as well as the pillows refusing to sign for anything. When I called the store I am again getting the run around as well has getting answer from personal that they don’t know anything about this issue. It’s has been almost a month now and no answers nor is anyone retuning my calls when I call no matter what time all I get is voice mail. No one picks up..Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund for the items I have not received. At this point I don't want to do business with ths store. The love sent that was deliever I would like them to pick it up for without the pillows the love do not do me any good. for the back of the love set is flat and you need the pillows that is what made the set.

If this store is the same chain as the amazing prices located in Orange, NJ, I would not advise for anyone to do business with this company. They have horrible customer services. They delivered me the wrong bed and then when I called hung up on me several times when I told them I needed the bed by a certain time. They told me it would be delivered by 8 that night and the bed NEVER came! The next morning I called at 10am and they were rude and told me I needed to wait. By 3pm I still did not have my bed and I called the store back and the store salesperson I spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on me after saying " It'll be there stop calling". Please if you can, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! There are so many furniture stores in the area. Save your money for a business that will appreciate your patronage and honor their agreements.

Review: I purchased a kitchen set on November 15th and it is November 19th and I still have not received my merchandise. I was promised a delivery date of November 18th any time after 6pm. Once 7pm came and no telephone call from the delivery company, I called the store and was reassured by [redacted] that they were coming tonight. Now it's 8:30pm and still no delivery. I called the store again and again [redacted] who is now cutting me off and tells me to just make sure I answer my phone. No one showed up. I call the next day just to be spoken to extremely rudely by [redacted] who claims he will find out what happened and hangs up on me. I call him back since no return call and he claims that the set was missing a chair and guarantee it will be delivered tonite by 6pm. I get home and here again it is 7pm and no delivery. I call the store and they wouldn't answer (caller id). Finally after 5 minutes, they answer and says they have a set but in a different color. I advise I want the color I purchased and why did no one bother to call me. I than asked for a refund of the delivery charge since it is now an additional I have to wait for my item. They refused. Instead he will give me a discount on my next purchase as if I would ever buy anything from them. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. If my item is not delivery on November 20th as promise I told him I wanted my money back.Desired Settlement: I would highly appreciate as compensation my delivery charge of $20.00 back. No more no less. I have been inconvenienced now a 3rd time in order to get my fully paid item. As well as a full apology.

Review: On September 14,2015 I purchased two lock top Chester draws from AP inc.furniture store they promised to deliver on September 16 or 17 2015 they did not keep to there word, on September 18 I received a call from the person which was sopose to do the delivery asking me wat time can he come by that day I told him to come after three pm because no one was at home at the moment he agreed to come 3:30pm the same day I got out of work got home waited on the delivery but no one came.on Monday September 21, 2015 I call the AP INC Furniture store to asked about my delivery the said I wouldn't be getting it that day because the delivery persons and the owner was on a Jewish holiday.nobody told me that when I was purchasingthe chests I told then if so be the case I wanted a refund in full because I can't wait any longer them to get the chests because my sons clothes was on the floor so I am going else where to get the chests so I visited the store after our phone conversationI spoke again to the store rep. Who told me if I wanted a refund I have to come back Thursday or Friday because the owner do all the refunds. on Thursday September 24,2015 4:45pm I went to the store to collect my $321.00 cash that I gave them for the 2 chests that I did not receive and also canceled because of late delivery.I spoke to another store rep who in form me that I have no choice but to take the chests because there is no refund . I wasn't lnform of a no refund policy or a 35% of my money not returning to me if change my mind because I couldn't wait any longer. I have the receipt of my payment to this store and I await ur advice(s) on what to do to retrieve my moneyDesired Settlement: I would like for AP INC. Furniture store to return my money in full $321.00 thanks in advance

Review: I went into the store on Monday 11/16/15 and purchased a full bed. I told the salesman that the only way the I would purchase the merchandise was if it could be delivered the very next day, 11/17/15. On 11/17/15 the delivery guy for the store came and brought the wrong bed. I called the store and told them that if it could not be delivered that same day I wanted my money back. I was assured that the problem would be fixed and that the bed would come by 8pm that night. Needless to say, the bed never came. It is now, 11/18/15 at 2:30pm and I still have not received my bed. I called the store at 10am and I was told the bed would be delivered within the next half hour. I called back two hours after that and the person I spoke with was very rude and told me I needed to wait. I called back at 2pm and the salesperson I spoke with told me that he didn't care if I hadn't received my things and that there wasn't anything I could do about it. When I threatened to contact the Revdex.com he said "oh I'm so scared" and hung up on me. I would like it to be noted that I will be taken this issue to higher authorities outside of the Revdex.com. My family was born and raised in [redacted] and I will be consulting with the Mayor regarding this issue. Additionally, I will be using my deep ties in the city and other towns to pass around the bad review for this company to prevent others from shopping there.Desired Settlement: AI spent $250 at the store, $40 of that was for delivery charges. I would like my delivery fees refunded.

Review: My wife and I was in the process of purchasing a living room set from Amazing Price Furniture that was over $5000.00. They credit card reader that they use was not updated and could not read my credit card that was equipped with a micro-chip and I was told to return with a cashiers check, We explained to the Manager that we are in town to bury my Mother who passed away earlier the same week and did not have time to return, He said he understands and assured us that no money was taken from our account.

When we returned to Atlanta, GA we were contacted by Bank of America about the transaction and made several attempts to correct this matter with the company but each time they asked us to fax a copy of our statement that shows the withdrawal they refused to call us back or return our funds.Desired Settlement: Return the amount that was taken from our account $588.00
