Amazing Resumes

Most of what this client is saying is untrue The resume format is not off, and I did not copy and paste anything She received a refund in the exact amount which she had paid me to create her resume I gave her a full refund as soon as she requested it, although I had spent several hours on her draft I could not finish her draft until she emailed me the information which I had repeatedly requested I cannot refund her more money than what she paid for her resume Regarding her husband's resume, I sent her the final versions, so I believe that she is truly trying to take advantage of my business She has repeatedly harassed me online through the use of social media (making untruthful statements) I will be forced to report her to the appropriate agency if she does not discontinue this

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: No one is harassing this lady, I simply want to make sure others are aware of this person's business practices.  Seems I'm not the only one who has had an issue with her timeliness and excuses for not producing a product in the promised time frames. Poor workmanship and not a quality product.  We can not all possible be wrong, harassing her and making stuff up.  Let the buyer beware before doing business with Trinity Designs and any and all other business' she is affiliated with.Sincerely,[redacted]

response:-----------------------------------------------------------------------...⇄ looks really good!  He doesn't have a LinkedIn profile.  [redacted] is in Algona and [redacted] is in Tukwila.  He had training in Blueprint reading & schematics @ [redacted].  Also Leadership and Managerial Training @ [redacted].  Current forklift certification.I've been really busy @ work but I will get the JDA'S for me over to you ASAP.  I understand I'm the hold up on that one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------...⇄ has since sent me several emails that have not made sense.  I actually used my weekend off to finish her husband's resume.  Regarding her resume, I spent approximately 4 hours working on it, and gave her a complete refund because she "changed her mind" about having me finish it.The reason for the delay was due to her taking so long in supplying me with the information that I needed.  And, yes, I did sprain my wrist and had to wear a brace.  All of my clients understood, except her.  I believe that she truly is committing "Consumer Fraud".I will not refund her more money at this point.  She has taken advantage of my business.Sincerely,[redacted]
