I am filing a complaint about the poor service that I received from Amazing Resumes — specifically, the service from Ms. ***.

On November 2, 2019, I contacted Ms. about creating a resume for me. Ms. explained to me that she would be able to complete a resume for me, but I would have to pay for her service first before getting the final product. I sent Ms. a total of 350.00, which was the total cost of her service. In the past, I have dealt with Ms., and I had no problem. However, this time she did not provide me with what I paid for, a completed resume.

As her client, she requested information from me so that she could include the information in my resume. I did provide her with all the information that she requested. She did send me bits and pieces of my resume, but not in a final form, as she promised. I am very disappointed with her service. I held up my end of the bargain, but Ms. failed in giving me what she promised. Unfortunately, I had to seek assistance elsewhere to receive a completed resume.

On 01/04/ 2020 Got email from Ms. *** stated that she had computer problems. Date is now 01/23/20 still no full resume from her.

To resolve the problem, I would like for my money to returned to me because Ms. did not fulfill her promise of providing me a completed resume after I paid her for her service.

Hello, I am confused on why this client is making a complaint. On December 10, 2019, I provided him with a complete resume, in both PDF and Word formats. I completed the service, however, he then decided that he wanted a 2nd version (for FREE) which would go back much further than a professional resume should go. He explained that he wanted the 2nd version, not to submit to jobs, but for his own records. I obliged to do so, however when I emailed him necessary questions, he either refused to check his emails, or couldn't find the emails. It was frustrating... numerous texts, phone calls, and emails were necessary in order to gain information. On January 4, 2004, I was definitely having some computer issues, which I resolved, but when I checked his response to my questions, they were still incomplete. I could not provide him with a 2nd (FREE) version without his collaboration in providing me with answers. I'm confused on why he wants a refund for something he never paid for? Therefore, I will not refund him. Please find, attached, his complete resume which I provided on December 10, 2019.

I paid said business for a service. The business owner was supposed to do for me everything her business stated it would do for the fee of $350 I paid. If a customer reads the site you have a expectation of a product. I received numerous excuses from the merchant as to why my product was delayed and as of today have not received the services I paid for; specifically, a one hour phone consultation, a finalized resume based on the resume writer flushing out my experience and expertise, a cover letter, and broadcast letter, a follow-up letter and references. I contacted the merchant four separate occasions to ask why the deadlines were not met that were promised via email by her. After the latest promise to deliver the cover letter the following day (which I never did) I decided to cut ties with the resume writer and her service. After 30+ days I received a first draft of a resume and that is all.

I am surprised to hear of my client's complaint. I delivered a resume to him which he stated was a "great resume". I always create the letters after the resume is approved, however, he chose to try and get a full refund instead. His reasoning was because it took too long to receive the resume. I admit that I had been very sick during the time that I was working with him, so there were delays. However, he told me to continue up until the delivery of his resume. I do feel that he is trying to receive a "great resume" for free.

I am rejecting this response because:

The merchant is response is 100% false. I have included all the correspondence between Us. She has not included any other correspondence because there is none.

I purchased a PACKAGE and the package included what I have outlined. I did not receive these services. Others are not receiving this services. In an online environment we all take a gamble, I trusted the merchant would provide me a package, provide it timely and provide it up to the standard of a professional with her 'qualifications'. I did not receive any of the services outside a initial resume.

I received excuses and delays when I needed an actionable product. I am asking the Revdex.com not only to be a third party arbitor but also a protector of complaints against a business. Please view/review *** complaints from three other merchants with complaints the most recent one 11/23 with the same issue/challenges/complaints as I. It is clear whatever challenges the merchant is having to the last 2 months (includes my correspondence and *** review from *** 11/23) it doesn't meet the standard of her customers and she needs to understand that.

I am rejecting this response because:

This merchant has blatantly lied to the Revdex.com about what she has provided me. How clear do I have to make it. She did not deliver the service I anticipated nor desired. She did not provide me with the packages of services and commitment promised on her website. She makes two specific claims, one that I did not provide an accurate portrayal of our coorespondence and two that she provided me some sort of letters. I did not get use of her service solely because her inability to produce and follow through.

She has wasted my time and potential opportunities.

After investigation I am not the only client that is dissatisfied and recieved this type of response from the merchant see *** and ***. I would like the Revdex.com to hold this merchant to the commitment her business states forth in her online pledge to customers. She did not provide me a finalized resume, one hour consultation, cover letter, broadcast letter nor references. She has provided excuses and no reasons and have not directly address where the product I paid her for is.
