Review: On april **,1014 I purchased an air flow meter. Order # [redacted]. Upon receiving the part it was found to be defective. I E-mailed them asking for refund. I was given an email stating to return the part to their company. I was told in said email it would be 2 weeks until I saw my refund. They accepted delivery of my return on July [redacted] ( via UPS tracking). I have yet to see my refund and all other attempts to contact the company have failed. I can get to response via email and am always routed to a voicemail which is never returned. I have kept copies of all of my communication for this if that is needed for proof of complaint. My refund should be $288.70.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund to my credit card in the amount of $288.70 to my credit card ( which they have per my order records)

Review: In december of 2012 called to return a defective part. Paid for the shipping to return the defective part that arrived on Jan[redacted] 2013. Called several times after it was delivered for confirmation that the refund would be recieved. Was told by [redacted] the item was recieved and the refund would take a few weeks but should show on my account. In March 2013 still did not have the refund and called back. Spoke with [redacted] again who tells me they can not find the return in the system. Gave him the order number, the refund number, the tracking number where the delivery was recieved. Said he would have to look into it and call me back. After calling again several times within the next few days getting the same reply called my credit card company and had them open a claim. Called again the and he agreed to issue the refund, after speaking with the credit card company. Another few weeks go by now in May and still no refund. Called again and [redacted] claims that the can not find the order, refund, or shipping information again. Resent him all the information on May [redacted]. Called my credit card company again and had them place us on a 3 way call with [redacted] and my representative on the call [redacted] agreed to refund the amount, again. Got an email from [redacted] saying that they are going to issue the refund. It is now June 2013 and still no refund. What makes matters worse because [redacted] and the company he works for have dragged this out this far already my credit card company says they have no "leverage" on getting the refund and besides speaking on the phone with them with me and confirming that he did agree to issue the refund there is not much they can do. Due to their crooked practices they send me a bad part which they now have back and can use it to steal money from someone else.Desired Settlement: I would really like the refund that I, and my credit card company, have been told several times that I would be receiving. Also would like to warn anyone and everyone to stay away from the company of crooks and liers who prey on customers that believe a company with do what they agree to do and not exploit loop holes in credit card company's customer service to steal from consumers.

Review: On July *, 2014, I purchased a automotive part from Amazing savings auto parts.com. The payment went to DigiAccDeals, Email Address : [redacted]! They are advertising same day and 1 to 2 day shipping. I have repeatedly called customer service a number of times and no one answers the phone. I have sent two emails to: [redacted], and I have not received no reply! When I call

DigiAccDeals at ###-###-#### no answer, 1 time a man answered the phone and said he has no access to pull infomation of my order, and said I should receive a email when it is shipped out it is now July *, 2014, and I still have no infomation on or about my order except the order number and cr. This is the worst customer service ever!!! They have my money!! What can I do to get my order or my Full money back?Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order or a quick Full Refund

Review: I ordered a product on Tuesday October [redacted]. The website claimed next day shipping. So I waited 2 days and contacted the customer support section first thing Thursday morning. I received a response back very fast saying I will receive a tracking number when it gets sent out. I replied right away asking when it would ship out and never heard back. I never received a tracking number and it has been 5 calendar days.Desired Settlement: I need my item I ordered by Wednesday October [redacted] if they cannot comply with that I would like a refund by [redacted] Monday.
