Review: I bought a 3 piece bamboo salad bowl set.
The bowl was leaking in several places on first time used.
The item was sold only by this retailer, had retailer's price tag on the box and I had bank statement showing price+tax of item on it.
Retailer refused to give store credit for the defective item because I didn't have an itemized receipt.Desired Settlement: I want store credit of $15.99+tax, a total of $17.41

Sincerely,
Review: on April **10:30 pm we did some shopping at the above merchant, one of the items purchased was priced with the stores label @ 8.99, yet @ the register it scanned for 10.99, when alerting the cashier she checked with another worker, made a phone call and told me the price will be what it actually scanned, when I told her they have to honor the price tag on the item, she went to check with someone, I assume another worker since he had a price gun with him, and he just tagged on a new label saying its 10.95, upon refusing again and saying I will file a complain on this practice, she went to check with a [redacted] and he just brushed it off its $10.99. I don't believe this is ethical, and the price tag on the item should be honored.Desired Settlement: Refund-Gift Card/Store Credit

ID [redacted],
Merchandise has been returned, no further action needed!
but that doesn't conclude the inappropriate behavior on the merchant part charging a higher price for the item than labeled!
Sincerely,
Review: Liebers SugarFree Orange Flavor candies were all marked 99 cents. The items scanned at $1.99. [redacted], the manager, after much discussion, said company policy is to only allow one item to be sold at 99 cents, despite each item I was purchasing having a sticker saying 99 cents. This is overcharging and illegal. (Incidentally, at the same time, I witnessed another customer, whose cleaning spray was marked at $2.99, being told the item scanned at $3.99 and that she must pay that price.)Desired Settlement: I would like Amazing Savings corporate office to let me know whether [redacted] is correct in purporting that it is in fact "company policy" to give the customer only one of the items that is incorrectly marked. If so, this needs to be changed, as that is not a proper selling practice, nor is it the law. I expect the manager, [redacted], to be trained as to how to handle overcharges, and apologize for not honoring the marked prices of each of these candies.
