No where does it state in the customers contract that we are to seek approval of any kind from homeowners associations or to seek approval from different municipalities in regards to siding materials for a customers home With many different municipalities in the territories we cover there is no way for us to know if or when a homeowner needs to seek approval for work to be completed We are happy to meet with an inspector and if anything is determined that it needs to be changed we would be happy to do so as we offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanshipWe will need to know a time and date of the meeting and we will make certain we are able to be present to discuss if any changes need to be made

Spoke with Mrs***We did fulfill our obligation according to what was in writing on agreement, however there is a certain gable vent that Mrs [redacted] would like to be put on her home instead of the one that was installedWe have agreed to install that particular gable vent to insure her satisfactionMrs [redacted] will be contacting you to drop the Revdex.com complaint Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: A mutual release was sent to the Amazing Windows and the Missouri AG office on November and again on November 30thWe still do not have a settlement in place or any response from Amazing Windows and Corey WilcoxOnce the settlement agreement is signed and returned to my attorney's office with a cashier's check, then I will accept this issue as resolvedI am still holding a complaint that this company is very difficult to work with as it took months from the date of signing the contract to never get a solid installation date, then he agreed to a refund on September 8, only to reject the refund because of some complaints I wrote to Yelp, Google, and Revdex.comIt is now months later and I still do not have money in hand nor any productI firmly believe that he does not have the funds to supply the refund and is purely stalling until he does have themI believe I should be entitled to interest since he has had my $since March (months ago), but I am settling for just the original amountPlease see attached complaint to the Missouri AG office along with our Mutual Release

I am rejecting this response because, as of November 18th, 2016, the contractual agreement has not yet been fulfilled. As supported in more than one form of documentation, the original agreement was to replace the the gable vent (that the installers accidentally installed) within two weeks of completion of the original siding installation (over one year ago). As of November 18th, 2016, I am still waiting to have it replaced. I will contact the Revdex.com once this agreement has been satisfied. I have no interest in defamation. I simply want that which was supposed to be done so long ago to finally be done. I am grateful to the Revdex.com for their assistance in stimulating a response from Amazing Siding to my issue.

response because:At 10:26 on 3 March, [redacted] called from amazing siding and windows to inform me that their servicemen, [redacted] ,would get with me on Thursday, 9 March, to come out and measure the window so they could get one ordered. I received no phone call from [redacted] nor did he come out Thursday to measure the window.  Regards,
