Failed to instruct me to warm up home on the phone prior to job startShowed up hour lateThe product applied to my tub ran and created weird streaksWhen asked about the streaks prior to finish he suggested "I" take some sandpaper and wet sand it after hours or he could come back out and do it for meI called the next day to setup a sanding appointment scheduled the appointment for the following FridayFriday roles around and I call to verify the appt., The never wrote it downUpset I rescheduled for Sunday which they usually dont work but were going to make an exception due to the confusion of the missed Friday apptLow and Behold Sunday rolls around and about minutes before the scheduled appointment time I get a phone call from the owners wife trying to reschedule again due to vehicle issuesI regretfully flipped out on her on the phone but due to the fact that I live 40+ minutes away from this Rental property that the job was being performed at I wasted a good chunk of those three daysI suggest going with another company

We apologize for the issues that Ms [redacted] has had with her bath tub. We our technician first did the work, he informed the customer that the rust around her drain was rusting from the inside out of the pressed steele tub and could only be fixed for an additional charge becuause there would have been alot more work involved in patching and filling that area - she declined to have that fixed. The technician also made a note that she had some type of air freshner in the room that got knocked over in which wax fell into the tub. He resurfaced her tub, and we thought she was happy because not only did she pay for the job she also referred us to her daughter. She then called and made a complaint, in which the owner went to her house to take a look and told her he could neutralize that rust around the drain and wet sand the bottom of the tub that was rough but would have to return another day due to the fact of the extremely cold temperature outside it wouldn't set up correctly. In discussing her issues, we agreed to try to fix the rust around her drain at no charge and that is when he let her know he was doing her a favor because there should have been a charge for that - the warranty does not cover rust! After a number of phone calls it was as if she was trying to use us to have the entire tub re-done in which it does not need to be re-done. We have since contacted her and will be going back to her home to smooth out the bottom and take care of anything she needs. Also it stated that this was the 2nd time in contacting us, this is the first e-mail that we received. I finally found your message in the spam folder that is something we can not help. We also have an F rating with you guys when we have taken care of any issues our customers have had, many times we have been unaware you guys have sent a notice - please also call or regular mail a complaint so we can address any future issues. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This work with Amazing Tubs originally began in November 2012 and, as of August 27, 2014, Mr. [redacted] has still not contacted me to reschedule repairs.  Whatever his definition of “re-done” is now, at the time of his inspection of the paint job, he said he would have to remove the paint, sand the bottom, treat the rust & then repaint.  If "re-done" causes this much confusion, let’s just go with “make it right” for the resolution.   
As for referring my daughter, he also had to return to her house because of how terrible the finish turned out.  He promised to repair her tub as well, but she's gotten the same non-response I have.  She wanted me to get my repairs finished first, so I'm glad Mr. [redacted] brought it up now.   
Bottom line - he promised to repaint/repair/re-do, whatever he prefers to call it, mine & my daughter's tubs.  Neither has occurred.  Therefore this response does not resolve my complaint.  Thank you.
