I purchased purchased the contixo FRC Quadcopter Racing Drone on August 25,from Amazingadget thru W***mOn September 12,I initiated a return/refund/exchangeI recieved a return email that said someone would get back to me in business dayBy September 15,I hadn't heard from anyone and emailed Walmart customer service againSeptember 17,I first heard from Amazingadget who stated to return the productI found out it would cost $just to return the product and then purchase price of the product was $So I contacted Amazingadget via phone and was informed they would email me a shipping label and confirmed email address On 9/21/I hadn't received the shipping label Amazingadget responded saying didn't have my email so I provided itBy 9/25/I still have not received the shipping labelI emailed Amazingadget again amd they responded was sending it again9/26/I still hadn't recieved the shipping labelSo I emailed Amazingadget again

I'd give a negative if I could but..I can't soOrdered a tablet through these guys and they failed to message me backI had actually requested it to be cancelled before it was processed which took days after orderingI have sent messages withing weeks and no replies have been sentI'm quite upset

I purchased a drone on 12/10/from this company and it stopped working days afterI dropped it on the ground (feet)I called the company several times but they have never picked up the phone so I had to contact them via emailI asked if I could get a refund or exchange for it and we agreed to get a 50% refund for the productI was a bit upset because the drone is supposed to be fallen down to the groundI agreed to get a 50% refund anyway and sent the item the next dayI spent $to send this item(ground shipping due to the battery) and they did not even notice me whether they have received it or notI had to check everything and let them know the item had delivered to the companyThe company said they will refund soon but I have not received the refundIt was the end of JanuaryI emailed them several times to see if they have completed the refund processing but I have not received the refund yetMy last email was 2/25/and I have not heard from them since 2/15/

I purchased a Contixo Kids Tablet and have been trying to get contact from the company regarding a return The tablet will not stay charged my grandson can only play on it for about min and it goes dead It is also a very slow processing tablet :(

Went on Walmart site to order a contixo tablet for kidshad a picture of despicables on it with the minionsVery deceiving here, because it does not even have an app to install despicablesWhy did they use the picture to sell these tablets if the have no such tabletsI cannot get a refund because after hours of trying to call their number I threw tablet awayI do not like being deceivedThis is a product

I am not satisfied with the product so I initiated a return on Dec24, I received an automated response from walmart customer service saying they have contacted AmazinGadget and I would hear from them within hours I obviously didn't hear from them I initiated a return every few days for over a week hoping to hear something but I didn't I then realized that at that time it was telling me that I could no longer return my product even though I had been trying for over a week I then contacted walmart customer service and they said they would fix the problem and that I would hear from AmazinGadget within hours I still didn't hear from them at all So now I'm stuck with a product that I don't want
