This is not my first time dealing with themI bought a car from them back in and I am back again to buy more cars! Their service is absolutely incredibleI am satisfied with Andrew, Habib and the rest of the team! In the matter pertaining to Revdex.com Case # [redacted] in which it is alleged that repairs were not authorized is incorrect and inconsistent [redacted] , brother of [redacted] , was driving the vehicle andthe vehicle broke down [redacted] called upon Amazon Autos to assist him in repairs by requesting the vehicle be towed to their facility and later authorizing and singing a work order to complete repairs At first, [redacted] was asked if this vehicle was under any warranty His response was no and alluded to the fact that he needed to repair the vehicle because it belonged to his brother.During this time, [redacted] also purchased a vehicle from Amazon Autos Accordingly meaning the relationship between [redacted] and Amazon Autos was ok He even discussed payment plans for repairs but failed to make any.It wasn't until more than days after the repairs were complete that [redacted] mentioned a possibility vehicle could be under warranty By this time vehicle was repaired When [redacted] wasasked to remedy the repair order by payment, the complaint began The vehicle has been left for a significant amount of time and is still at our location On several occasions we, Amazon Autos, have been harassed by phone by family members regarding this issue and all went unreported and ignored.On January 13th, [redacted] came in to Amazon Autos and was explained what had occurred and given a copy of the repair order and offered to remedy by payment.At this point Amazon Auto has not exhausted their full right to collect for repairs authorized and completed In lieu of a Mechanical Lien, we asked [redacted] to pay repairs.Later, [redacted] returned with his brother [redacted] [redacted] was asked numerous times to contain his aggressive tone of voice and demeanor Eventually he was asked to leave fordisrupting our business He then began making terroristic threats to the business owner and staff Furthermore, he had to be repeatedly restrained by his brother, mother and father for refusal to leave all in whichwas captured on surveillance video Because of the nature of the language and repeated threats, an incident report was filed with the Houston Police Dept.This has been an ongoing issue with [redacted] At this time, we ask to deal directly with [redacted] and feel it is in everyone's best interest and safety that [redacted] not be present.Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter

I purchased a Dodge Charger as soon as I got home the car ran hotI had to get the car towed cause they wouldn't pick it upI brought the car back to them the next day and the keep it over the weekend until Monday I went to pick the car up they showed me a pipe that had a little hole in it and said everything was okSo I took the car home didn't drive it again until Saturday morning same issue car ran hot againOnce again I had to have the car towed So this is tows in one week of purchasing the carSo this time they keep the car a week and gave it back When they got the car it was full of gas got it back on empty no explanation except they had to drive itOK days later car wouldn't cut on so I had a mechanic comeHe advised me to take the car to the dealership Wow , so with that said I took the car to the shop come to find out the radiator was bad two of the hoses were dryrotttedAnd then to top it off the starter was badSo I contacted Amazon the only thing they would offer was a different vehicle with a higher done payment So I was stuck with this car and no other solution I felt like I had been robbed for dollars and there was nothing I could do Then they wouldn't even push the car note back knowing what I had already spent on tow trucks and etcSo after I fixed what I could dollars later I'm really scared to even drive the car

at no time was a call made tolet us know about the repairs which they were told under warranty they said they would take them out and take to Chevy dealership

In the matter pertaining Complaint#[redacted] and that Amazon Autos' response does not satisfy the original complaint.  At this time Amazon Autos feels that allcommunications and resolutions have been offered and exhausted.  Our next step to resolution is to file a Mechanic Lien and move forward accordingly.

The vehicle was repossessed for non-payment of a contractual obligation between Mr. [redacted] and lien holder, Credit Acceptance. Amazon Autos is a used independent auto dealer. All vehicles are used and sold as-is. Mr. [redacted] was aware and acknowledged the disclosure. The dealer is not responsible...

for a loan that the customer defaulted on to an outside lender; Credit Acceptance. Amazon Autos ask that this matter be closed.

On or about September 18, 2005 Mr. [redacted] put a
down payment toward the purchase of a [redacted].  Meanwhile, a courtesy loaner was...

extended to, and personally insured by Mr. [redacted], at no additional charge. A few days later,
Mr. [redacted] informed Amazon Autos of some employment changes he was experiencing
that affected his income.  At that point,
he chose to go with the more affordable [redacted] and all the funds
were applied to the sale accordingly. A month or so later, Mr. [redacted] started
complaining that although the [redacted] is a good vehicle, he still wants an
[redacted].  He was offered to trade in to
an [redacted] when his finances permit.    Unfortunately, there is no cooling off period
and that is the avenue Mr. [redacted] wishes to pursue.

what was not said was the reason I was force to get another vehicle, because I WAS TOLD BY BOTH SALES MEN, THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 4000.00 FOR LOOKING FOR ME ANOTHER CAR AT THE AUCTION, WHICH THAT WAS THE 1ST TIME A AUCTION WAS SAID BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WAS AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP NOT A AUCTION, ,AND I DO HAVE A WITNESS AND YES MY FIANCE TOLD ME TO GET THE OTHER  VEHICLE BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT ME TO LOSE MY MONEY AND END UP WITH NOTHING,BECAUSE WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME INFRONT OF HER WAS GO ON THE LOT AND PICK ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE YOU NOT GETTING YOUR  MONEY BACK., BECAUSE I WAS CLEANLY TOLD BY BOTH SALES MEN THEY WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME 4000.00 FOR GOING TO A AUCTION, THAT IS WHY ITS GOOD TO RECORD CONVERSATIONS BECAUSE HE IS RIGHT ABOUT MY JOB HOURS CHANGED BUT I WAS NOT SURE ABOUT IT, SO I WAS SURPOSE TO LET THEM KNOW TUESDAY THE OUT COME, BUT WHAT WAS NOT SAID WAS MONDAY THEY SENT THE CAR TO ANOTHER DEALER,  ,I HAVE THE WHOLE CONVERSATION ON TAPE , on the tape  HE  is TELLING ME THEY will WAIT UNTIL TURESDAY TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS AT MY JOB,
ALSO LIKE I KEEP STARTING IT SOULD HAVE NOT GONE THIS FAR BECAUSE IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE RECIEIPT NO REFUND ON VEHICLE LISTED BELOW, AND THATS THE VEHICLE that I ORIGINALLY came to BUY BUT  THAT WHENT TO THE AUCTION,SO I SHOULD HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK , INSTEAD I WAS TOLD IF I GET MY MONEY BACK THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 5 TIMES 800.00 WHICH IS 4000.00 DOLLARS FOR THEM GOING TO FIVE AUCTIONS I HAVE THAT CONVERSATION ON TAPE ALSO.
THEY ARE  LYING I HAVE TAPED CONVERSATION AND I AM READY TO TAKE ALL ACTIONS ALOUDED,, BECAUSE I WAS FORCE TO BUY A CAR I DID NOT WANT, AND ALSO I HAVE A WITNESS THAT HEARD THE WHOLE CONVERSATION ALSO, 
BOTTOM LINE IS THEY  WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME 4000.00 FOR LOOKING FOR ME A CAR INSTEAD OF JUST REFUNDING ME MY MONEY, THEY CAN LIE BUT THINK ABOUT IT WHY WOULD I PUT 4000.00 DOWN ON A 2008 CAR WITH 135.000 MILES., THEY ALSO BACKDATED THE WHOLE CONTRACT WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW, AND THEY ALSO WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO MAKE MY 1ST PAYMENT 5 DAY LATER.

Stonewall [redacted] purchased a 2009 Mercedes-Benz CLS550.  At the time of purchase, details involving the purchase were all disclosed accordingly, including the $995. dollar price reduction they received (see attached).  We have addressed the repair issue concerning Mr. [redacted] and have offered out of courtesy to diagnose the issue for him.  However, Mr. [redacted] has not made arrangements to bring the vehicle in because he commutes to New Orleans in the vehicle for work and hasn't been able to schedule a time.
The vehicle was sold As-Is in good faith and the repair issues concerning Mr. [redacted] are consistent with the normal wear of the vehicle's age and mileage.
