I placed 2 orders with Amazon Consulting Experts (ACE) back on September 18, 2018 for *** and *** products. I paid $12,564.11 for those orders on September 21, 2018. I did not ask for a refund until April 1, 2019 (on *** Messenger with Sam), and only did that after several months of communications with them.
It now has been more than eight months since I paid for the product, and more than one month since I first requested a refund. This is not right.
