Completely horribleOn dec 23rd I went to downie to buy a truck and I had an appointment set for 11:This was in nappanee and I had to have the truck in niles by 2:So I show up at 11:03, when I walked in I was told by the sales manager (who was doing nothing) that the sales rep was with another customerWhat?! I was told to come back at 1, I didnt have that kind of time so I decided to come back at noonBecause I mean those other people wouldve have moved on and bought a car by now if they were that importantI walked around the lot about 12:00-12;and no one came outAt this point am frustrated as could be and I accidentally took it out on my little brother on his birthdayWhich I know is my fault but they didnt help either -_-On our way to the rental store I called and asked for the manager and told her what went onShe said that she had recognized us from earlierSo you noticed us but you just didnt care? Seriously I was the only customer thereThen she lied which really made me mad!!! She stated that I need to be atleast to drive the carNOPE!!! Its 18! And im 22! then passed me off to that low life no good sales managerI told him again and he said "ya I talked to you" with a little rudeness So we talked for a few seconds and he goes "oh well I'm sorry I guess"That sent me over the edgeMy dad has bought cars here for years! Thanks to that sales manager I will never even drive into the lotNow I have my brother crying on his birthday, my dad yelled at me for no truck when he was actually mad at that sales manager, and that whole day was ruined just because we couldnt find another newer ram for a good priceThanks a lot! I hope everyone working that day should get fired for literally loosing their boss 30,000k
