The only work we did to this lady's car is exactly what she asked for several weeks agoThat was to remove the limo 5% tint from the front doors and replace it with the 35% tint which is what the law requiresSuddenly she called to complaint that we accidentally remove the limo tint from her
back windshield to 35% tintWe have told her that is not possible because that is the most difficult piece of glass to get the tint off because of the defrosterAlso we advise all our customers that their is a risk of the defroster getting damage so we won't be liable for any damage The amount off time it takes to remove the tint from a back windshield is about hours plus and additional minutes to install the new tint also another minutes to do the two front doorsWhen we ask her how long were you at our shop her response was about and hour Now she requested to remove the 35% tint which is the legal shade that she pay for us to do to a darker tintThe problem is she wants it done for free because of her claim that we accidentally replaced the tint of her vehicle back windowWe have offered her discounted prices to get the tint that she wants but she feels that should be done for free Feel free to contact me with any questions at *** *** *** *** *** owner

This owner is now making up false stories stating that he asked me how long I was in the shop, I never told him I was in the shop for an hour.  Also he never offered me a discounted price. He did not even offer me the chance to bring the car in to look at the tint that was placed on my car. I know for a fact that this company replaced my rear window tint because it is the same exact brand tint used for the front two windows and the same exact 35% tint shade.  I will not pay for replacing my tint back to original because I NEVER asked this company to change my 5% tint on my car in the first place.

We will not replace the tint on her back glass for free. We made and offer to her but she didn't accept it. We have the rights to refuse service to anyone so we refuse to do any service to her vehicle.
