On May 3 2018 I purchased what I believed to be an authentic Breitling Swiss watch marked as Official Men's AB021012-BB59-447A Automatic Swiss Watch watch for $1,760.00 online via Amazon.com plus 340$ for import tax and freight. The third party seller of the watch is called "Watch Discount Shop" or "Watch Centrally", a HongKong based sales operation dealing in fake watches produced in China and allegedly authentic watches nicely mixed in their Amazon.com storefront. There are still many so called Breitling Official watches, all counterfeits on that Amazon storefront. Amazon seems not to be prepared to safeguard the rights of their customers obliging to their own regulation forbidding any sale activity with replica, counterfeit, fake items.

Right when I unpacked the watch it became obvious that the watch was a counterfeit because on the watch face it said Breitling "Cosmomautt" instead of "Cosmonaute". The packaging is fake, the certificateds are fake. In my further research I have now discovered (verified by a local Breitling expert) that the watch is in fact a counterfeit.

The manufacturer is lying and still insists that the watch is an authentic watch. I have registered my complaint with Amazon.com in their fraud reporting department but that will not prevent this organization from repeating this crime and will do nothing for myself and no doubt hundreds if not thousands of others who have been defrauded as well.

Desired Settlement: Full refund of my sales price, sales tax and the shipping cost. I reserve the right if not granted by either party to seek criminal charges for committing fraud and Grand Theft.
