Review: Have rotten plywood on roof from rain leaks. Plywood was not changed when replacing the roof shingles because Mr. [redacted] said it was not necessary.Desired Settlement: Replace damages.
Review: Hire contractor on 11/5/2014 to repair roof, given a contract with warranty back-up, copy of proposed license as being actual. Roof started with a leak and notified contractor and he came out and proposed that the leak was repaired. On March 12,2015 the same leak in the same spot started to leak again. Has made several attempts to contact contractor by phone,texts, visit his resident and left messages with his spouse, left letter at his resident to contact me, all with no response. Mold in damaged sheet rock.Desired Settlement: I would like this Contractor held accountable for breech of contract agreement. I suffer with upper respiratory as well as grandchildren living in home also with allergies.This matter needs to be corrected ASAP, and if I have to hire another contractor to resolve this matter I want to be compensated for the cost of materials and labor.
