Review: Reserved limo service for March 14th 2015, paid in full on date reservation was made on February 10, 2015 by debit card. Verified reservation on March 13th, 2015, the day before the event. The limo service did not show at the reserved date, time, and place. I have contacted the company spoke with [redacted], five times concerning refund of my 720.00. Each time I have spoken with Mr [redacted] has told me the refund has been made, ten days now and still no refund. March 27th, I have contacted Mr [redacted] again, he told me the company is experiencing computer problems. This is really poor business practices.Desired Settlement: Refund my 720.00

This transfer was completed to reversea transaction on a Limousine rental that was canceled in error by our company.
