Review: This escrow company sent my $14000.00 cashiers check to the wrong person and the wrong address. After contacting them, they admitted it was a 100% their mistake and that I needed to cancel the cashiers check at my bank,which is not an easy process and that they would cover the cost. I forwarded the cost to the manager; who told me to cancel the cashiers check. She would not pay for it and began to make excuse after excuse and lie about what happened. I tried to contact the owner and have received no help from him either. They have been extremely rude and unprofessional. They admit it is 100% their mistake, but they refuse to pay for it. Beware of this escrow company.[redacted]Desired Settlement: They need to pay the $300 plus dollars in cancellation fees I was charged due to their mistake.
