Submitted complaint in February and company said they would call me to correct the issue and never didOriginally issued complaint #*** on 2/17/that the window they replaced in my bedroom was supposed to decrease outside noise and in increased it insteadSince I have had to put plastic over the window and now can't open it and looks uglyCompany said they would contact me on it and never did
Desired Outcome:
Either the company help me with replacement or I would like a refund because now I have to look elsewhere to get it replaced

Very hard sales tacticsWould not take no for and answerWhen Jason the sale rep was told we were done after two hours he would not leave! After Jason was told twice nicely we were done and five times to get outI told him I was going to call the policeJason said go ahead and that I could use his phoneFrom the first time Jason was asked to leave to when he did was about ten minutesWay to long!

We have spoken to **. [redacted] and discussed where the noise is coming from.  It appears that it is the sound of the rail hitting the coil.  Our service team is prepared to go to the [redacted]'s home and do any repairs needed.  However **. [redacted] was unable to schedule at this time.  We will follow up when a date and time has been scheduled.

Review: Salesman promised the windows would make the bedroom more quiet than the old windows I had and it did the opposite and now I have to put ugly plastic over the outside of the window to keep outside noise from disturbing. I did not have any proble** with outside noise for the 10 years I lived in my home until the [redacted] installed their windows in my bedroom.Desired Settlement: Either refund or something to help with outside noise.
