To whom this may concern,Our Direcotor of Front Office had contacted and talked to Ms. [redacted]. We are in the process of resolving Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:  I am asking for a full refund, not partial, not 3/4; a 100% refund due to computer glitch.I want to know what damage did Ambassador Hotel receive in this case?  They did not provide any service to me, they still sell my room during the period of my reservation, what damage did they receive.  On the other hand, I have to spend time talking to different parties, include [redacted] (credit card I used to make this purchase), Ambassador Hotel people, [redacted], trying to resolve this case the minute I realized this issue -for 6 months!  This is exhausting, stressing....

To whom it may concern,
 My preparer [redacted] informed me
when Ms. [redacted] left Adams & Associates; he gave her all of her documents. He also informed me
that Ms. [redacted] called him and asked where some of her papers were. [redacted]...

informed me that he
gave them all back to her. It is company policy that all papers are to be returned to the client. We
do not keep any paper work of the clients. Perhaps Ms. [redacted] misplaced them in her residence and
thought [redacted] kept them.
Ms. [redacted] expressed a concern that [redacted] asked her to contact Fidelity regarding an IRA
withdraw. This is a completely unfounded complaint. A preparer may need some clarification
regarding a client’s withdraw; but it seems Fidelity was playing pass the buck and blaming the
preparer for Fidelity ineptitude.
It seems this client has a vendetta against [redacted] and is trying to file any kind of complaint she
can against him. As far as I am concerned all complaints have been unfounded. Therefor I will
not refund any money to her.

Unfortunately those are not our confirmation numbers.  Can you tell me how the reservation was made, the website name or the company.  Is it possible that the reservation is under a different name?  I also checked our charge card logs for May & that amount does not pop up, what was the exact amount & the exact day that the charge was made?  Any information you can give will be helpful.
