Another call stating a tire was in the seat next to the driver (driver area is separate from back where clients are seated)Then multiple calls with additional complaints getting out of control as *** suggested bias remarks as she wants a full refund and I will see her in courtThe air was low not flat and corrected after dropThe tire is mounted in the front seat where no clients are placedAs the pic sent of the driver shows him in a dress shirt, slacks and shoes (Not boots) the only problem I have is him smoking a cigaretteFunny that is not even mentionedThe driver was on his second ride with the company and made a mistake not having ice for the waterThis also was rectified on the way to the eventThe taillight cover was cracked and has been ordered for repairThe air conditioner did work before and after this job so can’t answerThe interior has a party lighting themeThe minimal line of rust was caused by the harsh winterWe had just replaced the rooftop and had an appointment in the paint shopIn closure Ambassador Limo provide the service that promisedThe children were picked up on time and returned safelyIt just seems that *** was looking for a free ride and when she was unsatisfied with the response she went to a bias levelShe was never told this was a new hummer nor made arrangements to come see before reservingThis vehicle is used for weddings with no complaints from the clients
