I have Spoken to Mrs*** many of timesThere was some miscommunication as she called our office before our service department was up and running for the seasonWe don't preform service while still ice on the ground or before the weather warms up long enough to safely install or fix a poolWe
have come to an agreement and are waiting on her to give us a call back in response to our solutionWe want Mrs*** as well as all of our other customer happy and swimming this season!

Although the installer did come after I had to call again to state that I was suppose to be called on Monday and never was and they came on Wednesday 8/12/I was very unhappy with the professionalism of the person who called me and they way this company handles their customers The person who called me after I made a complaint was more concerned about the complaint I made to the Revdex.com then my issues she never apologized and then she argued with me because I didn't call the company when I was told to inform the seller by email and she also called me at workIt seems to me they no one talks to each other in this companyI have worked in customer service over years and I would never treat any customer the way we were treated. I would highly recommend the installer but I could never recommend this company and I hope I don't have to call them again and they stand by there year warrantyI feel after all the aggravation and waiting for this to be resolved I would like compensation and I would like 2,back on the pool

It seems to me the last reviews this company has again puts it on the customer , also what [redacted] feels to realize that when she called me at work all our conversations are recorded so I am more than happy to let the Revdex.com hear the recording to see it this is cyber bulling , She only called be back after I called her to let her know the installer did not call me back when he was suppose to also the pool cover that they  included they fail to tell the customer that you need to get water ballons to hold the cover down which is an added expense for the pool owner so the cover is useless to me as I have to spend more money to get a loop lock cover which is more reliable .  If they don't wont to give me money back that's there option but I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will share my experience with whom ever I come in contact with . They do not stand by their word . Everything I put in the review is true and I have documentation to back it up.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response will satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted] under the following conditions. Ambassador Pools will replace both the pool wall and the pool liner.  All required parts and labor will be completed at no charge to me.  This is what [redacted] and I agreed to on the telephone the first week of May 2015.As [redacted] wrote in her response to the Revdex.com, "she wants Mrs. [redacted] as well as all of our other customers happy and swimming this season."  In order for us to be "happy and swimming this season", the installation must be completed by June 30, 2015.

Per the customers request, they have closed the pool and want us to address any issues in the Spring of 2018 when the pool is reopened.  We have agreed to resolve any issues with the pool at that time.  Thank you..

Our company has been in contact with Mr. [redacted] multiple times. MA had an extremely harsh winter, unlike any in the past. This winter caused damage for many people and unfortunately Mr. [redacted]'s pool also endured some of the winter's damage. We am aware of this customer's liner issue and our...

installer is currently handling the problem and in contact with Mr. [redacted]. We are reachable 5 to 7 days a week and would never ignore any of our customers, new or old. Our apologies to Mr. [redacted] if he has felt any neglect from Ambassador Pools and we hope to get this repair going as soon as this weather breaks and the scheduling works on both ends.

It's clear when you read our apology and then after read Mrs. [redacted] rejection comment, that she is exaggerating in hopes to get compensation in return. I called her personally and checked up with her the following Monday letting her know the installer would be calling, which he did. I also apologized over the phone as I also did HERE on the Revdex.com to her. I told her my representative should not have told her to contact him, if my office was contacted first we could have helped here right away, and that this wasn't her fault, it was ours. I find her response very upsetting, even more upsetting that the Revdex.com would allow such a post on the world wide web, when it's clear someone is just looking for money. I call it cyber bulling. If Mrs. [redacted] has any questions or needs help in the future, Ambassador Pools will be here to respond and help in the way our company should for all our customers. We will not be giving Mrs. [redacted] $2,000.

Our apologies for any misunderstandings with this customer. The representative told her to contact him with any questions or problems when everyone should be contacting our office directly. Because of the none communication with our office, which seems to be our fault, we were unable to help Mrs....

[redacted] immediately. However, as soon as we were notified of any issue we solved it as quick as possible. Mrs. [redacted]'s in-pool steps are now installed and my installers as explained and manually showed her how to operate the filter. He also explained the running time and chemicals. I believe we are all set now and are her for Mrs. [redacted] on any future issues, shall there be any.
