The realtor [redacted] who works at this company was not only rude when speaking with us, but she did not get anything done at a timely fashionShe had told us she would be working on an application that day and we called the next day and a woman [redacted] who took it over for that one day did not even know where the application was because [redacted] did not give her the proper information to keep her in the loopWe were told to call back two days later and when we called [redacted] told us to call back in three hours because she has no idea where the application was standing at that pointThat is not professional one bit especially where we have been waiting days to find out and we mentioned the urgency on finding out if we were approved or not

This property is currently pending an eviction for one unit.  Payments made to the management company have been found to be insufficient and thus there are funds that can not be transmitted as they were not received.  We have been in communication with the tenant about making up his rents...

and communicated with the owner in regards to current wishes without response at this present time.  The tenant is willing to make us his balance, but approval must be sought in order to collect from the owner. When the tenant pays rents we will be happy to forward.  However, please find the attached.  Funds show to have credited minus expenses as early as yesterday.  This amount actually includes $800 dollars in which we had not received due to the insufficient funds.  Notification was received of the insufficient funds after the initial transmission via ACH to the owner.  With a pending eviction and problematic tenants it is easy to see frustration from our clients.  It is natural to past judgement on a process when funds are not received.  Evictions take time and often cost money.  If we are in a relationship that we are not trusted to take care of the matter we would rather cut ties instead of provide explanation to third parties as we do not accept management for all applying clients.
