There seems to be a difference in opinions in regards to the issue Our office was not notified of the complaint nor was the complaint set up as an issue at time of completion To use the Revdex.com as a means to create an issue of this nature is besides me We have a strong reputation in the Houston market with an A rating Disputes of this nature are very rare and tend to be a difference in communication or service that is correct or resolved at time of completion We will resolve the situation directly since we believe in customer satisfaction and making sure our services are rendered to the customers satisfaction
I just spoke with *** *** We resolved the issue I am sending a check for $to *** *** today She is happy with this resolution
