This is the worst company I have ever had the occasion to deal with My brother was in a motorcycle accident near Hobart on August 9th He was transported to the hospital on 8/9/ Ambassador took his motorcycle to their "yard" the same dayMe and my wife called to ask when we could get bike First of all, they would not release to me unless I was on the title Mind you, my brother is laid up in Oak Lawn, IN and so he had to call them and they said they would release to me We had to drive from Clymer, NY to get the bike We rented a trailer on 8/ Went to Ambassador and they said it was cash only, which they did not tell us on the phone$523!!!! We said we did not have in cash, so they said we "looked like decent people" so they let us use our credit card The place smelled of dog [redacted] and people [redacted] and was just a craphole and the price, come on, robbery They have an F Revdex.com rating If you get in an accident any where near there, if you have one ounce of breath in you, tell them anybody but Ambassador How the cops would allow such a F rating company tow anything is beyond me
