I responded to the customer with the information and details I had to goI asked the customer to call me to discuss furtherThe customer chose not to calLAs I stated in my response to the client, I am a kind and fair personI was more than willing to listen to the concernsI cannot determine if the resolution would have satisfied the customer but I was not put in a position to even tryIt appears the customer feels it was a lost cause so why botherOn the other hand, the customer clearly wants to be heardSo, I will agree to talk to client to discussThis is not something that will be resolved with emails, a conversation is necessary and a critical component of conflict and resolution The customer has my contact information and at this time I encourage the customer to reach out to me so we can do what is needed to move forward with a potential resolution

It kinda sounds like false promises to get us to go to this location. I responded to the customer with the information and details I had to go. I asked the customer to call me to discuss further. The customer chose not to calL. As I stated in my response to the client, I am a kind and fair person. I was more than willing to listen to the concerns. I cannot determine if the resolution would have satisfied the customer but I was not put in a position to even try. It appears the customer feels it was a lost cause so why bother. On the other hand, the customer clearly wants to be heard. So, I will agree to talk to client to discuss. This is not something that will be resolved with emails, a conversation is necessary and a critical component of conflict and resolution.  The customer has my contact information and at this time I encourage the customer to reach out to me so we can do what is needed to move forward with a potential resolution.
