I was extremely disappointed in the level of care I receivedThe lack of communication between the dentist and the patient in my situation was not only disturbing, but also very expensiveI went in to the office thinking the root canal I had for the first part was doneIt was charged to me that way, and sent off to my insurance that wayThere was zero communicationI believed all I needed to have done was the 2nd part (the crown)When the pain started again and became not tolerable, I called the office and was told it was her day offHowever, she would walk a prescription in for a pain killer and antibioticsI was first sent to 90th and Dodge and after an hour, I called back and spoke to the dentist herself who told me she was actually going to the pharmacy at 83rd and Center right thenAfter an hour of sitting there waiting, the pharmacist told me she didn't have proper identification with herA caring and concerned dentist would have called the patient back and informed themshe let me sit knowing I was in excruciating painShe should have refunded me for every single portion I paid for this tooth nightmare; instead I received a partial refundI'm just thankful that in dealing with this disaster of an experience, I found an office with a friendly front staff and caring dentistsA pretty office means nothing without genuine concern and care of the patients that help to pay for it
