Review: Attempted to close account in may 2013..on June ** noticed 29.99 charged to PayPal.. Called pet amberalert and rcvd a voicemail from "chip". I called chip back and the agreement was I would email him my information and he would issue a refund for the 29.99..I never rcvd a refund and they have been charging my husbands PayPal acct 29.99 pet month since then. I have called them numerous times and never rcvd a call back. I want my account closed and I want my refund for every month they charged after closing the account.Desired Settlement: To close the account.. Refund 29.99 for may..+ 29.99 for June + 29.99 for July..+ 29.99 for August... Total $119.26
